It seems like nothing but rude young people work on the night shift. They are so unprofessional, slow and lazy. They make disparaging remarks about guest right in front of them. Management needs to fix that night shift.

I ordered 2 cookies and got to the window and asked for a cup of water. They pulled me and I waited 7 minutes for water, which I never received. Because I saw the young lady going back and forth giving ppl their food, I said I'll tip her $$ because it’s the holidays. However, I never got the water.

Just a ok but popular McDonald’s on the eastside the redan area yeah here it’s drive thu people 1st & inside 2nd guess all the money be in drive Thu not much inside but still a busy place especially with the Wendy’s now shutdown so more business will come 2 this McDonald’s yeah a popular place by default simple as that

I was really disappointed with my order today. The bagel was completely cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted — it honestly looked like it had been sitting out for a while. What made it worse was this strange green, slimy substance on and inside the bagel. It looked absolutely unappetizing and made me lose my appetite instantly. I’ve had good experiences with McDonald’s breakfast before, but this one was unacceptable. Hopefully, the store can take better care with food quality and cleanliness going forward.
The service here is up and down. Totally depends on the crew. Sometimes you get the young crew with the rap music and the profanity, sometimes you get the crew that’s been there for a while that’s professional and efficient.
