This is él the word McDonald I had ever been.
I wish I can give the a cero start.
They have two Lanes but she wouldn’t take an order on lane two and she said I had to go back around to lane one . The service after that was horrible all the crew working b there have an attitude from the person taking your payment to the person handing the food. The food preparation was horrible is like they just threw the food in the paper bag without putting any thought to it.
Food was unwrapped.

9/15/2025 my order was completely wrong. I was DREADING going back because of previous years experience. This morning was completely different. Van was the person I encountered to correct my order. They were pleasant, funny, considerate, and kind. They repeatedly asked me what type of egg I wanted, and personally made my order. If van is here, I will be here. 💜

Waited for 35 min one day
Now today it’s been 17 min
There system always goes down in the morning at 6 am and they always have to reboot between 6 am-6:40 am
Atleast 12 cars in line when you combine both lanes we all left
Just change your open time or 7 am and stop at wasting peoples time

At 5:35 PM on Monday August 18, 2025, I Purchased 1 cup of coffee. Your employee had us waiting for 20 minutes as they were conversing and playing around with each other, never acknowing us. My sister-in- law had to tap on the drive through window to get someone's attention. I canceled my order and requested a refund. The camera was turned away from the drive through window customer, I was asked to pull up to receive my refund.
The manager was there as Your employees was playing around and talking loud.
I went to McDonald's on Memorial and Covington Highway. They were very professional.

Service was extremely slow. Although this location has received a building remodel, the service is still the same. That's why I stop going.

I wish I could give them a minus. They ALWAYS make you wait, one time I waited 15+ minutes cause all the over flow parking spots were full.
THEY SUCK!!!!!!!
I live 1 minute away and I will literally drive 7 miles to any other McDonalds.

The overnight black male manager (older man) was in drive thru dealing with tea blatantly ignored us at the window. We had two online orders for this 24 hour location, but the store was closed. He then sent a crew member to come deal with us only after we hunked the horn to get their attention. That was unprofessional!!! But shout out to the young lady who was a crew member. She remained professional and instructed us to cancel the order in the app.

Because McDonald's has that ridiculous system of having you wait in a parking space after you pay I already expected that I would be asked to park once I paid.(This is a ridiculous system by the way. It only makes it look like the wait is shorter on McDonald's end not the customers ) What I didn't expect was having to repeat my order multiple times to the employee delivering bags to the parked cars. Bless her heart I know she was hot walking around aimlessly between cars asking us to repeat our order but what kind of system does this place have? Why don't they know which order pulled into space #1 and space #2? There's no way they are identifying who ordered what if the outside employee is confused. If McDonald's is going to rebrand themselves as a drive-up restaurant vs a drive-thru (they are more like Sonics with this limited window time model) than get a system to identify your numerous parked cars.

Being nice even putting 2 dude was nice for the most part but they do need to change that grease out mickey ds is known for having good fries/hashbrown the hashbrown should not taste like chemicals
