9/15/2025 my order was completely wrong. I was DREADING going back because of previous years experience. This morning was completely different. Van was the person I encountered to correct my order. They were pleasant, funny, considerate, and kind. They repeatedly asked me what type of egg I wanted, and personally made my order. If van is here, I will be here. 💜
I mean, it's McDonald's... You get what you get. However, I will say that when I stopped, they had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building almost twice, while the lobby was relatively empty. But, these young men and women was on their game and hustled everyone through and was almost caught up when I left. The only negative I can think of in MY experience is that better care should be practiced when throwing out old food instead of serving it to customers...
Placed order near lunch time and was asked to pull up and order would be brought out to me. A little annoyed, I did as asked. It was well worth the wait since my order was freshly made. Everything was done to perfection including fries. I was very pleased. Thank you.
