I would strongly recommend that NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I’d give 0 stars if it were possible. This does happen every time but I’ve had numerous issues with my delivery orders being either soggy or cold. Or my food appearing sloppy as if the employees were shaking the box. The employees can also be disrespectful and unprofessional.

Terrible! They gave me wrong pizza and no refund or any way to get my money back. The wings were so nasty, lemon pepper was so sour. Overtaking the favor, it was disappointing. Had ate many other lemon pepper from other places but this store is the worst ew.

I eat pizza from my local North Carolina Papa John’s on a regular basis, and have done so at other domestic and international locations. I’m in Stone Mountain visiting family and we decided pizza is what we were hankering for tonight. I ordered two different larges from the S. Harriston Rd location. This is definitely the WORSE pizza I’ve ever eaten. For starters, I ordered them with the Original crust; the boxes even said Original crust. No way these saltine cracker crusts were ““Originals.” There were hardly any toppings on the 5 topping and 2 topping pizzas that I first thought maybe they hired people who actually thought a 5 topping pizza has literally only 5 topping pieces. On the positive side, the pizzas were ready within 15 minutes AND it’s been over 5 hours and I haven’t gotten sick yet! STAY CLEAR of this ridiculous joke of a pizza location. Corporate needs to close it - it’s an embarrassment to the PJ name.

Got 2 pizzas, wings and garlic knots and a soda. They literally messed up every single item in the order and forgot my soda. I’m so mad that I had to just laugh!!!

I literally have a case pending against this store I’ve called my lawyer and they are reaching out to papa John’s corporate office and everything this store is so unprofessional they need to be shut down I placed a order and it was god awful it was placed on the 18th of October and I contacted them they said it was nothing they could do so then I contacted corporate and they were closed so i had to do about 6-7 surveys after which someone was supposed to contact me and never did so after all this time they finally contacted me talking about it’s nothing they could do cause I waited to long like what

The workers at this Papa Johns location are terrible. Ordered 2 topping pizza with Extra Sauce. By the time I get home to enjoy the pizza, NO Extra Sauce wasn't in my pizza as the sauce felt flat plus evaporated into the bread during the baking process feeling like eating bread n cheese pizza with barely any toppings. No one shouldn't feel like they are required to buy pizza sauce dipping cups(89 cents each plus the size of these cups are a joke/rip-off) to enjoy their pizza due to the lack of pizza sauce on the pizza.

If this problem happens at ever other Papa Johns pizza location, I'm done with them completely.

Some people mentioned this in their reviews that they seen them fix people's food orders with no gloves on. I seen the female worker with Long Pink Nails On Her Fingers Fixing The Pizza Orders Bare Hands Without Gloves On when I walked in & My order was already done before I walked in to get the pizza I ordered.

Everytime I order Extra Sauce in my pizza from Domino's they always get that part done right everytime and If Dominos didn't stop having marinara sauce as the option I would still get my pizza there sometimes.

Parking: Only time parking would be difficult if it was one of those really busy days for the whole area or Most people parked their cars in the parking spaces in the area that's near this Papa Johns location.

Seen the new commercial about Papa John's thin crust pizza when I visited the establishment the dough is already pre-made so my pizza was still thick and doughy don't like a lot of bread. Don't think staff knows how to make it into thin crust
