Papa Johns Pizza

I observed serious hygiene and professionalism concerns at this location. One employee removed her gloves, touched her hair, and then attempted to put on new gloves without washing her hands. Another employee sat idle for over ten minutes, appearing inattentive, while people who do not work at the store freely entered and exited. At one point, a woman in regular clothes with long hair was allowed behind the counter, which is unacceptable in a food service environment. I looked at the person in charge twice before she finally stood up, but during that time she was distracted, talking on the phone with the same employee. When she eventually got up, she did not wash her hands and immediately began giving out orders. These actions demonstrate a lack of attention to food safety, customer service, and proper management standards. I am filing this complaint because such practices put customers at risk and reflect poorly on the store’s operations.

I really don’t understand how this locations still open. They never work with any type of enthusiasm. It always takes 15-20 mins of not 30 depending how many pizzas. Close this store fr

I got the wrong pizza. Waiting over 15 mins over the maximum time on the tracker. Watched as a work was working purposly slow in the back taking over 3 mins just to pour out a single cup of cheese on a pizza.

Very tense environment. Young lady with dreads (shira) 10/23 is very rude.
The round lady with a hoodie was very helpful. After seeing my order was ready the cook nor anyone else tried to give me my food but her.

This store is unprofessional, i waited an hr for my pizza to be delivered and it never came instead of making me a new pizza for free the they told me they’ll give me 25 percent off next order

I would strongly recommend that NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I’d give 0 stars if it were possible. This does happen every time but I’ve had numerous issues with my delivery orders being either soggy or cold. Or my food appearing sloppy as if the employees were shaking the box. The employees can also be disrespectful and unprofessional.
