For our first camping trip, we decided to get pizza. Went to Papa Johns, and Micah along with the support of his General Manager, was amazingly attentive to handling my son's food, due to allergy concerns.He also changed his gloves frequently, asked for clarification when unsure about allergens and cross-contamination, and was totally accommodating to me, the anxious parent.On our next camping trip, I know exactly what we'll be having for dinner!

Ordered canceled (10:30pm) after an hour after waiting because driver passed our address (she called and confirmed) but didn't want to turn around. When I talked to manager he told me it was the wrong address until I confirmed it was correct address (which I did) and his remedy was to send another driver with your order in another hour (12pm). Thanks but no thanks

I ordered pizza a 2 liter and a sauce cup but never got my drink and they keep giving me garlic sauce instead of the spicy one. If you guys don't have the spicy one then remove it from your website. The manager said he would refund me for the sauce but never did. Also he said he would bring me my 2 liter drink and never did. Y'all need to do better, its always something wrong with this Papa Johns.

I placed an order for a large two topping pizza and an order of bread sticks . When i ordered i called to read the order back and to make sure they placed extra garlic Parmesan on the bread sticks . The order came delivery and of course it was wrong . I called to speak to the manager and her name was Tanya Jackson store 416 . She said that she put it on there continued to cut me off and stated that there was nothing she can do and as i was talking she hung up in my face . That’s ridiculous Behavior and i don’t play that . Don’t be in the service industry if you can’t provide customer service . If you don’t like your job quit

They never make my order right or follow directions on the order. Customer service is horrible and they never answer the phone. I used to really like papa johns and this location has changed my mind on the whole company. I would recommend you STAY AWAY!

Terrible! I had my pizza delivered to me. When I rec'd it, it look like someone was doing flips with the pizza. Toppings all over the place, non on the pizza! AND my soda wasn't delivered. I bring the boxes of pizza back and they remake it but they had attitudes about it! Like I was causing an inconvenient to their lives. I asked about my soda and they said it wasn't delivered because they were out of Pepsi. No reimbursement, No call, Nothing! They gave me something else but my question is "how you just take someone's money?" Idk what's wrong with this location but it needs a complete revamp or to be closed! I will be contacting their corporate office.

Worst experience ever!! Would have given zero stars if i could have. I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings using the papa johns app for delivery. After waiting two hours called the store and was told first that my order wasn't for delivery even though I told them I was charged a $4.99 delivery fee. Spoke to another person, possibly the manager, who told me that it indeed was supposed to be for delivery but that I would need to wait on a doordasher to come pick up the order. After telling her that was unacceptable after already waiting for 2 hours I ended up having to go pick up my order. I asked for a refund of the delivery fee due to me having to waste my gas and time to go pick it up myself and was told I would have to go through doordash for the refund. Horrible customer service! I will definitely be using another pizza company because the whole ordeal was totally unacceptable.

Order online for delivery when it reach an hour of my tracking saying "prepared" I started calling the store to cancel. Continued calling the store for an hour with no answer. I would not order from this location. Busy or not someone should still answer the phone. Its pathetic.
