For our first camping trip, we decided to get pizza. Went to Papa Johns, and Micah along with the support of his General Manager, was amazingly attentive to handling my son's food, due to allergy concerns.He also changed his gloves frequently, asked for clarification when unsure about allergens and cross-contamination, and was totally accommodating to me, the anxious parent.On our next camping trip, I know exactly what we'll be having for dinner!

After making many mistakes their store manger Hensley was very professional, nice and kept her cool… even if the customer is upset. Todays pizza was made excellent and absolutely perfect, thanks to her. And their driver was really nice today

I understand that being busy and having a line is par for the course these days, HOWEVER there is a more courteous way to handle things when 7 people are standing outside waiting. It's a pandemic, so everyone knows that more than one person cannot be in the tiny lobby at once, but not addressing this with customers creates opportunity for conflict as no one knows what's the problem while they are all waiting outside.
