However, there was an issue where a customer's hair, specifically a long, red, faux locs/braids, dangled in a sandwich while being prepared. This is concerning for sanitary reasons and the restaurant is encouraged to implement rules requiring employees with long hair to secure it under hairnets while preparing food. Additionally, employees should be knowledgeable about the menu and accurately charge customers. While there was an issue with one sandwich preparation, a different employee was helpful and corrected the mistake. Overall, Subway should prioritize training employees on food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
