I was very impressed with this Popeyes Chicken today! My food was hot and delicious! To my surprise I noticed that they received a 100 on their health inspection report! It is very rare to see that these days! Good for you Popeyes! Keep up the good work!

How is this fast food when each time I come here to get something I’m waiting outside my car for more than an hour before someone brings it to me. I’m never coming back to this location. It’s ridiculous! Each time!!

Customer service was the lowest it could possibly be by the person working at the cashier (2nd window) At 3pm on Friday August 29, 2025.
Angry at everyone and mixing orders and screaming disrespectfully at customers for her fault.

I literally have to give a real review, I brought a 3 piece chicken for lunch, I work at night when I say the chicken was so hard I thought it was going to chip my tooth the biscuit drop on the floor and roll it was hard as a rock. Who serve people this crap. This place is a hit and miss sometimes it's cook correctly and sometimes it's horrible, the staff is hand your stuff the lids never closed all the way, they don't want to give condiment it's like the staff counts it. This have to be a franchise not corporate store. I live in the area and on my soul it's true. I gave the food to my coworkers it's too hard on my teeth

Omg terrible service

This location blows me away every time. My expectations on service is always low bc I’m getting Popeyes no matter what. But these guys are always cordial. Second time I had to wait for spicy chicken, which I will never complain bc it’s worth it. Would you believe they gave me extra mash potatoes AND apologized for the wait?? That’s not common in today’s service industry. God bless these hard workers!!

I don’t use to have time or make reviews but over the past few years it seemed like they were just hire anybody to work at this Popeyes location. You end up ordering one thing and they just put whatever they want to in the bag for you. People have an attitude Like they don’t want to be at the job. Go to the other side of town if you want that service.

Chicken was fresh out the grease, piping hot! The red beans & rice was seasoned perfectly. The sweet tea was super sweet, but food the job of washing down that thick biscuit.
The cashier was nice & attentive. My order was taken and food given quickly.
The restaurant's dining area was clean and only had 2 other patrons in there.
Popeyes did an awesome job!

Well this clearly this worst location.. I can't even expect to get actually shrimp when I come to this location. You will literally get a cup of crumbs, probably because they don't get paid enough to afford food and they eat your order. I want to try the wraps but it won't be at this location. It's really sad we already have limited option in the neighborhood. If yall do not care get another job elsewhere you don't have to play with people's diet. Yall should be closed down and reported for poor food preparations.

Service was very slow and there were customers that came in after I had placed my order and they had received their food before I did so when I asked about why my order wasn't ready the staff acted like I was speaking a different language it will be a long time before I return to this location
