Stopped in around 6:45 on a Sunday evening and went through the drive thru. I ordered a 14 piece and got home with a 10 piece. I should NOT have to count the chicken while sitting in my car in the drive thru! I tried to call them to see how they would like to handle this and they kept letting the phone ring through to a busy signal. Mind you, when I left 15 mins ago there were no other cars in the lot, so they can’t be super busy. They’re just being lazy. How hard is it to...

My experience at this location was excellent. The chicken was served hot and perfectly crispy. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and my order was prepared promptly. Additionally, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, a quality that is not always common and certainly appreciated.

The taste of the chicken is very plain now. It is not the same anymore. Churches chicken taste better than Popeyes now. Please change it back to how it use to taste. I won't be back until they do.
