Taco Bell in Stone Mountain

“When I arrived shortly after 2am I was just grateful Taco Bell was open because I had a MASSIVE craving for a cheesy Gordita crunch. My order is taken but I hear yelling coming from the window all the way at the speaker. I pull up and catch the tail end of an interaction between an employee and a customer. She was ranting, which I later found out was about the food taking too long, and refusing to take the drinks from him. She said she was recording him and was very aggressive before pulling off in a huff.

I want to recognize the grace and professionalism of that employee, Wesley. He did not raise his voice or act rudely back to her even once, and answered her respectfully even though in my opinion she didn’t deserve it. He was still polite to me when I pulled up and my food came out exactly the way I ordered it. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he was tonight, and he handled it beautifully.“

“I came here at 1:15 AM on a Thursday. It was PACKED and I waited for over an hour. Wait time was way too long. If I had known woulda switched locations. I saw the 3 star review but didn’t think anything of it but I would chalk this spot in a heartbeat.“
