“I don't usually do this for fast food places unless I had a horrendous or phenomenal experience. This Taco Bell exceeded my expectations as a consumer in my county. I went through on a casual run to grab my favorite burritos and they were extremely kind to my dog, Jess and I. This franchise is usually one that's associated with more of a cool kids vibe but today I saw values that went far beyond the surface. I wanted to shout out this locations employees for being pet friendly near a vets office and making me and my girl Jess feel valued as customers.“
“When I arrived shortly after 2am I was just grateful Taco Bell was open because I had a MASSIVE craving for a cheesy Gordita crunch. My order is taken but I hear yelling coming from the window all the way at the speaker. I pull up and catch the tail end of an interaction between an employee and a customer. She was ranting, which I later found out was about the food taking too long, and refusing to take the drinks from him. She said she was recording him and was very aggressive before pulling off in a huff.
I want to recognize the grace and professionalism of that employee, Wesley. He did not raise his voice or act rudely back to her even once, and answered her respectfully even though in my opinion she didn’t deserve it. He was still polite to me when I pulled up and my food came out exactly the way I ordered it. Nobody deserves to be treated the way he was tonight, and he handled it beautifully.“
