I ordered breakfast for my family through Uber Ears which totaled 109 dollars. I received one item. The receipt on the bag had my name on it with one order that wasnât anything I ordered. Uber is refunding my money but now I have to go out and get breakfast for my family. Looks like my order was given to someone else and I got their order. Spend 109 dollars and get 17 dollars of food we didnât order.
It wasnt bad at all but many young people working here doing a whole lot of nothing. I recommend to hire a grown manager who runs a tighter ship around here
I am so disappointed! The omelette, and everything except for the greasy hash browns was absolutely horrible! This is NOT at all what I'm use to getting from a Waffle House. The young man put our order in wrong and was didn't seem to be concerned about making the corrections. Very unconcerned staff. I noticed the staff doesn't seem to be motivated at all. I know people are needing employment, especially our young kids but come on now...lets train them better. Between the horrible food and flat line customer service, you may need to shut this Waffle House down! I know I want be back!
