Darryln Brantley has great customer service! He definitely deserves promotion! He was helpful and the food was fresh! Definitely recommend this Wendy’s !

Absolutely the worst experience! Ordered 2 biggie bags and wanted sour cream instead of sauce for the nuggets on both meals. Apparently it was a big problem cause I was put on hold for a minute. I was trying to tell her I do it everytime I order nuggets for my family there. I then get to the window - she tells me my total and I’m like why is it so much. She gets really defensive and is like - you ordered this and this…and the two sour creams cost money. I was like they always change them out for the sauce, she was basically just like well, we charge for sour cream here. Whatever, if that extra $ is that serious to her then so be it (maybe they taking it out of her check or something, though I didn’t get the nugget sauce). I then get home, like a 3 minute ride, the fries and nuggets in both bags are so cold like they have been sitting around for a long time. (Heck maybe they didn’t cook them all the way and they were partially frozen) The two sandwiches felt lukewarm through the paper but at this point with the attitude the lady at the window had and then getting the food the way I got it, we are absolutely NOT eating this meal. No, not calling the store to complain as I definitely will not be back to get a replacement nor anything else from this location. I am considering calling the health department though, serving food that code is definitely against food safety. I hear a lot of Wendy’s are closing - this should definitely be one of the locations!!!!

I normally don’t write reviews due to the fact I know people have there good and bad days. But I just left the this location and the fries were old. So I asked the manager could I get fresh fries for my order. She then takes the old fries from me tells me to pull forward and brings me the same fries back to me in a new bag. She also got my order wrong. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and the still put it on my burger. There professionalism is terrible at this location
This was my first time ordering from this Wendy’s off of DoorDash. Not only was the food cold , but it was the wrong order. I ordered a JBC, and was given a double stack. There was no straws, napkins, utensils, and to add insult to an already incorrectly placed order they forgot my chocolate chunk cookie. I am deeply disappointed at this rushed and poor service. After this incident, I will always consider another Wendy’s other than this one. I am implore you to do to the same.

I would not recommend coming here. This Wendy's used to stand out from the rest, however today proved that there was a shift somewhere. I asked for my food to be dropped fresh. When I received my food within a few minutes I knew that had not been the case plus the fries were cold. The manager grabbed the fries out the bag with her bare hand and have me a new bag with hot fries that were not filled to the top. When I brought it to her attention, of course there was attitude involved and then she proceeded to put fried that had been sitting there on top of the fresh ones to make them "full" on top of that, the nuggets ordered were fresh on top and the ones at the bottom were stale and cold. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Bad service and rude employees especially a woman name Tamika
I never should have stopped here on my way home. Food was cold and old. Ordered baconator fries in a separate order ( we had two small orders in one car) the fries were cold and definitely NOT fresh. one corner had a little " COLD squirt of cheese and a tiny piece of a strip of bacon.. looked like a 1/4 of a normal piece. I pulled back around the drive through and showed the girl at the window.. I asked politely if they could fix it. Another girl seemed to have an issue with my request , because she had a lot to say... horrible attitude! I assume she "made" these "baconator" "cheese" fries I should have just requested the money back. When I got the "replacement " it looked as if they added a few new fries to the top ..a bit more liquid cheese and pinch of shredded cheese.. on this 2nd try I got "lucky" and got the rest of the bacon strip they didn't put on the first try.. still wasn't hot.. and honestly after all that i had a hard time feeling comfortable enough to eat and enjoy it because i wondered if they did something to my food. This is unacceptable service. I will never eat from here again. Horrible! Absolutely horrible!

Okay y’all I wouldn’t be taking time to leave a review for Wendy’s if it wasn’t as outstanding as it was tonight. I’ll admit..I did end up having to go inside to pickup my mobile order, and the wait was a little long, but it was TOTALLY worth it! Literally the BEST Wendy’s I’ve had in a while. Those garlic parm saucy nuggs are 10/10!!
