Every time I come it's a problem. I've been waiting 30 minutes for my food. Brought me somebody else's food. Took it back and still waiting. They never have anything you want or need. This the best we have on Redan. Always have to get my money back

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was dark brown close to burnt. I did not look till I got home big mistake. The girl taking orders seemed to be the only one that was doing her job.

Food was cold and I was told to pull up to wait and I did and 20 min later, I still didn't get my food. Mind you, I only ordered a double stack biggie meal. The cashier who took my order was nice. But the food could've been better. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular nuggets with no explanation. I got a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger instead of a double stack. I honestly think they gave me someone else's order but I pulled off before checking, which was my fault. Overall, experience could've been much better.

Inside said order on app or drive-thru, used drive-thru they laughing while I ordered I took off 3 out 4she she was mad went around to pay & was told to go around again while they was still laughing she said it again we pulled off they started yelling out window. We never got our food. That was very bad service & people always can't find work cause they playing on the job & the company loosing money,

Disgusting 🤢 place, the service is horrible, 3 cars in line so I'm thinking it should be quick.. waited 22 min. 22 long minutes, then I try to go inside, but 4 employees in car smoking telling me the Inside is closed.. I guess now I can see no1 is doing anything in there but riding the clock, so I won't be back here, and wouldn't advise any sane human being to waste their time and hard earned money here.

How do you get my order wrong TWICE? Ask for chili, spicy nuggets and fries. Only got chili . Ordered again spicy nuggets and fries. Got regular chicken nuggets -_-

Just left this location for lunch! Went to the drive-thru to be told that the promo being advertised doesn't start until Monday. Okay. Proceeded to order & pull around. Got to the window & realized I forgot to include my son's Frosty, so my husband asked to add it on. The non-binary person says they can't add on anything because it's a rush. Okay. However, during said rush, the same individual went outside to have a whole conversation with a young lady & hit a vape! 😒 Came back to the window, gave me ripped bags with raw fries & no sauce for my nuggets!!! As A Former Wendy's Manager, NEVER TF AGAIN!! Trashed it all... Terrible!
