Always lo y waits even without a line, always short staffed. They miss treat the employees. One employee was crying when he walked my order out said he couldn't take it he was on the edge. I hugged him and told him to quit it wasn't worth it.

They need to shut this place down. I ordered online. It was 11am which means the food should’ve been fresh considering they had just stopped serving breakfast. They made me park and came out with cold food. The food was OLD. I didn’t even want the food I just requested a refund which they didn’t want to give back to me. I called Wendy’s customer service, they handled it. I won’t be returning ever in life!

This place needs to be inspected and just new staff overall. Everytime I come they never working always on breaks seems like and never have fresh food. You are waiting over 20 mins for simple things. Attitude at the window and when ordering as if they don’t want to be there when they can simply just idk. Go home ! they need new employees who want to work and make money they are there to have play time. I hope new management is to come and new hard working employees !!!!!!!!

I just ordered through the drive thru at your location at about 11:05 a.m. I ordered a 4 for 4 with a strawberry lemonade. The order taker laughed then asked which Biggie Bag I wanted As if I didn’t know what I was ordering). I repeated my order and told her the junior cheeseburger. She quoted me $5.94. At the time I paid no attention to the price but even with the upgrade it should not have exceeded $5. I paid for my order and was asked to pull up right away. No receipt given. I waited about 4 minutes, then the same cashier brought out my order. When I tell you, the quality of the food was HORRIBLE. Don’t pull me up if I’m not waiting on fresh food. The fries were lukewarm, the nuggets were ok but obviously old, the burger was cold and I couldn’t even recognize the strawberry lemonade. I thought it was a pineapple mango lemonade and when I finally tasted it, it was very much watered down. Didn’t get the sauce I wanted. So on top of being OVERCHARGED, they brought me out nasty food.

Every time I come it's a problem. I've been waiting 30 minutes for my food. Brought me somebody else's food. Took it back and still waiting. They never have anything you want or need. This the best we have on Redan. Always have to get my money back
