If I could give this location 0 stars i would .I waited in drive thru line for about 15mins with no response on the intercom from anyone I pulled around to window to only be told drive back around we can't take your order at the window I ask to speak to manager and unfortunately I was told I was speaking with manager which he was very rude and incompetent i opted not to waste anymore time driving back around to be ignored while they chat inside unfortunately I would never return to this location

I ordered a baconator on door dash & this is what they sent me. The bottom bun was covered in some type of liquid that I honestly can’t identify. It looks like they dropped it on the floor and put it right on my burger. Thankfully I unwrapped my burger and examined the entire thing before taking a bite into it! Disgusted doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling right now

They need to express the total through the drive thru before asking the person to pull around to the window. I ordered 4 frosty and I was thinking that they were still .50¢ I pull around to the window I was told to pay $6.44. like any other person I ask what happen to the .50¢ price? She says that ended yesterday. Also I didn't receive an receipt. They need better communication skills bottom line at the drive thru. Never again going to this franchise!

I can’t add a zero starts but the worst experience ever they sold me a un cooked chicken sandwiches and that is very dangerous to the health and they didn’t want to give me a refund calling corporate to get this place shut down horrible don’t ever go there!!!!!!
We waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes bcuz there was a disgruntled customer who would not leave. We know this bcuz the cashier told us this over her mic and then proceeded to start yelling and cursing about it. After the 20 minutes , our order was taken, but every car had to be pulled, and we waited another 15 minutes for the food. Never to return!!!

Got my order wrong three times, but at least they were nice about it. Literally, three times. First, I noticed a problem while still at the drive up window, which they corrected. Then another issue while driving away, so I turned back and went inside, and they corrected the problem. However, when I got back in the car, I noticed there was cheese on my single. I repeatedly asked for "No cheese". This time I simply pulled the cheese off, gave up, and left.

Ordered a small meal and was asked to pull up to the door and wait on food. Not a problem. Why have me wait on cold and hard food with wrong sauce? Spicy chicken sandwich was so old the skin had separated from chicken creating a pocket of air. Ticket number 3260

I was told to park until my order was ready, so I did,and my order was brought out after 27 minutes. I was given chicken nuggets instead of the fries that I ordered, and they were refrigerator cold. I couldn't eat them. The employees were not unfriendly, but they appeared a little hurried and slightly stressed.One extra star because they didn't appear to be having the best day, but no one was rude.
