I hope I'm getting his name right. Tall older gentleman named Dwayne was a delightful. The pos system at the window Is always messing up when i come..Dwayne apologized for the wait and just gave over all great service.The food is always okay but Dwayne must be new because I've never experienced such great service at any location. It's was nice being greeted by someone with a great attitude at the window..its kinda caught me off guard.lol

This location has came a long way, the whole new crew they have in there is excellent. Food was hot and fresh, and I want to give a special recognition to Miss Destiny that helped me with placing my order, so friendly and great customer service I will definitely be returning!

The he she that works up there is very rude I asked him what was the number 3 and she responded you can’t read ? I asked for her name she covered up her name tag but on the receipt it said Anthony so I’m guessing that’s his name .. Zaxbys is this how you represent your store ??

I just left the drive thru and the girl with gray shirt and blonde locs has a very nasty attitude. As i’m talking to young girl at the window to inquire about my drink She made a comment that you guys haven’t had minute maid lemonade in the freestyle machine for months so rudely that’s fine i wasn’t aware but she didn’t haven’t to say it with such nastyness…it’s not what she said it’s definitely how she said it that is the problem need to work on better customer service.

The only reason for not giving five stars is that the wait was too long. The food was excellent, and I received good service with a smile.

SKIMPY with there food omg. A big snack more like just a snack ?

The lid wasn’t put on the cup well and it spilled all over my car interior. Opened one of my bags and we had a split opened sauce that wasted on EVERYTHING.

I ordered food in the drive thru. They told me to pull around and someone would bring my food out. I waited almost 30 minutes finally went inside to see what the hold up was. And they acted like no one knew about the order. So had to just ask for my money back. Worst service ever I will never be back again.

Thirty minutes ago TODAY. I ordered TRADITIONAL wings (meaning the chicken with the bone in it) they person gave me boneless wings. This is not the first time they mixed up my order. I don't know if this store hired new people and they don't understand what I meant by traditional, but I'm very disappointed. I have been in this area for over 20 years. Rarely had any issues until recently. Please fix this problem asap.Thank you.
