Me and my Boyfriend visited this BBQ place on our vacation and it was a 10/10 amazing. The guy upfront was so nice and respectful and the food was beyond amazing. Also a very reasonable price. Will be recommending and coming back soon.
The building was humble and could have been your Granny’s house in more ways than one (bathroom out), but the BBQ was bussin’, and we enjoyed our experience. 10/10 cultural experience.
My buddies and I stopped here on a long drive for lunch and a bathroom break and really enjoyed it! They got the brisket and bbq chicken and said it was delicious— I tried out the shrimp and grits, and was apparently the first person to eat it as it was new on the menu. Let me say that as an unbiased connoisseur of shrimp and grits wherever I travel, it was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend it! The fired okra and Mac and cheese were also fantastic.
