Had the exact same experience as Alexia Brasher below. The store was unable to complete my cake order supposedly due to not having the cake mold/ice cream flavor. Told me to go online and order another. I did so and got the same call saying they couldn’t complete the order. I requested to cancel my orders completely. However, they do not refund me. I called and they told me to contact customer service. Customer service states the store is an independent franchise and that they cannot help. I went into the store regarding a refund and apparently there is no manager to provide a refund. According to customer services, the store owner was supposed to reach out, but nobody has. It appears to me like this is a common occurrence. Do not order from here unless you want to be stolen from.
I had placed an online order over a week ago for a cake for an upcoming birthday. I placed the order a week in advance to try and avoid any complications, however, the following day I recieved a call stating they did not have the cake design, cake type, or the ice cream flavor and would need to pick from the following round cakes that were all the same ice cream flavor. After hearing the options I decided I would like to cancel the order and try someplace else. I was told they could not cancel the order and I would have to cancel it through customer service. After a discussion with customer service, I was told I would be called by the store to discuss a refund. It has been over a week since that call without hearing anything from the store. I attempted to call the store and was told that they could not do the refund and I would have to pick other items to make up for it or call customer service. When calling customer service they just kick it back to the store. Save yourself time and money and order somewhere else.
Save yourself a headache and go to another location.
We stopped by for two single scoops of ice cream. The scoops we were served were hallow inside. The emplyee serving the ice cream knew this and when asked why they were not serving full scoops of ice cream, simply stated that they were full scoops. They had a very limited selection of flavors and overcharge for 1/3 scoops by charging full price. This is just ridiculous!
Add to this the employee who helped us had a poor attitude as well not just with us but also talking poorly about other customers using the drivethru service and the orders they were placing.
The store exterior and interior have been remodeled, but that does not improve the quality of the service received. The interior, while remodeled, is not upkept. The tables and floor are dirty.
We will definitely not go back to this location and discourage others from giving this establishment your business / money.
Staff was friendly but the store was absolutely disgusting and they didn't care. They just wanted to keep gossiping.
I said strawberry banana smoothie at least 10 times and I still ended up with a mango smoothie. She even repeated back before I paid strawberry banana smoothie and still gave me mango. You can’t make this up.
Wrong ice cream flavor order croissant got a bagel now they won’t answer the phone horrible service
I come here quite often and asked for a shake the way I always get it. The girl made the shakes and they weren’t even filled she literally made the scoops small and my shakes barely filling the brim. She had a bad attitude as well

I had previously given this place a 5 star review, but the last several visits have been a disaster. Today, on 6/11/24, ordered a 3 scoop sundae with everything on it (our usual order), what we got was a small bowl and the small bowl was then set inside a bowl that is normally used for a 3 scoop sundae. We asked for "everything on it" for toppings, got a tiny bit of whipped cream and nuts, no fudge, no maraschino cherry. We'll be going to another location from now on.

Worst experience, i dont recommend costumers to visit this store.
I was there to get my favorite icecream I always get the same icecream every Summer Nutty Coconut I had to wait for a while there's no one ahead of me but everyone was just standing around at the drive through window area and then when someone do come to help I told her what I wanted she tell me to check in the fridge I know what I want don't come prepackaged I just got off work and I am not in a good mood I told the server you don't have what I want prepackaged and she insisted that I check so I did and of course they don't have it you work at the place but you don't know what you have in the freezer your customer knows more than you do that is a shame
