“The staff was very friendly and I hope that they succeed.The teriyaki chicken and pot stickers were pretty good. However, the fried rice needs some work. It’s very mild, almost white rice. The flavor that is there is good (mostly onion) but it needs more of a salt/soy flavor or maybe even some teriyaki notes to improve it. The regular chicken and steak that comes with the fried rice is acceptable.Overall the service was very good, but the Rice needs some improvement. I will be back soon to see if it has improved.“

“I have never in my life met more kind people than at this Chick-Fil-A. We were on our way home from an Epic Taylor Swift concert and we were immediately greeted and welcomed! The dining room staff member, Kristin went above and beyond for us. It wad top knotch service. She clearly loves her job and the customers she serves. Luiz was another member who stepped up and went above and beyond for us. He came to talk to us about Taylor Swift. He was the cutest! On our way out he gave us brownies! “As a fan of Chick-Fil-A, I have been to a few locations in and out of the state of Georgia. I even work at one myself. Recently I took a few trips to a few locations for business purposes and decided to dine at the Moore Road location. I usually go to dine first just to see what it is I am working with. I went around twelve in the afternoon which is when it is usually busy. I walked in and it was pretty busy. I stood in line to order and the young man who took my order was quick and efficient. When I repeated my order back to me which most cashiers do not, but should. And I even received my drink right there and then, which was interesting because not all locations do so. After I sat down, not even a minute went by, and I received my food. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal with pepper jack cheese, a side of mac and cheese, and water. I was amazed by the speed in which they brought the food to me given it was pretty busy. I took the sandwich out of the bag and could see a little bit of steam coming out. Which really showed the freshness of the food. I took the first bite and it was in fact pretty hot and the filet was well textured, credits to whoever was breading. The mac and cheese was also in fact for as well. The dining room hostess, Mrs. AJ, was just the sweetest. She made sure I had everything, and checked up on me and everyone often. After I finished eating she offered to take my tray and after she did she gave me a mint. Out of the many Chick-Fil-As I have been to, none have come close to this level of hospitality. Mind you Mrs. AJ is eighty-six years of age. but she moves around like she has not aged past thirty. I was planning on transferring locations soon, and I think I found where I want to work. This place is serious about everything and I loved everything about it. it is a location i highly recommend if you are in the Suwanee area.“

“Not bad, but not good either. I can understand that it's family owned, but the service is not very great since they can sometimes mess up my order by misinterpreting.Another issue is how the food quality worsens over time after it is cooked and becomes either soggy or just bland.Do love their food though. Just gets soggy if I don't eat it fresh served out of the kitchen.

Parking: Parking spaces are usually full and I'd have to park my car somewhere further away from the place, but I suspect it's probably because of the new seafood place that opened up next door.“

“Pretty consistent like any other Chick-fil-A. Always a pleasure to be served and to eat their food. Only thing I may add, that is not a deal breaker, is that after some tries at this location, the chicken seems to be on the smaller side. The biscuit on the smaller and drier side as well. By no means are they terrible, but slight nuances I’ve noticed compared to other locations I’ve tried. Still would come and be overall happy.“

“Just ate there for lunch and everything was fantastic! The lady at customer service even brought me over a box and bag for the extra I was taking home (Never asked her for it). The last time I ate inside here was early March 2020 (A week before COVID hit) and then the dining room was shut down, even in to last year (I think). New management perhaps? Couldn't have been more pleased“
