I understand that these place just reopened not to long ago but they have to do a better job with the coffee.
Lukewarm lattes. Missing orders completely and very dry donuts. feels like they were out for awhile.
Adding milk and lots of sugar when I said Black no Sugar on it since I am lactose and Diabetic.
I will come back and rerate them next year if they improve but right now, not every happy about this place.

First time I’ve went to this dunkin and will never go again. Asked for frozen coffee and they gave me this slob and I couldn’t even get it fixed because I was on my way to work, taste horrible and the ice pieces are so chunky I couldn’t even sip it up with straw really. Will NOT go again 😭😭

worst customer experience that I have had in a very long time. The girl who was on register should have never been put on a register by herself she screwed up my whole order after it taking her at least 5 min to take the order. When I brought it to their attention another employee came over once again it took her a few minutes and still did not understand it so she rung it up so she had stickers. Even with the stickers she still did not make the drinks right. We were driving through and found this Dunkin. It took at least 20 min to get our order and we still left with it not correct. Explain to me why 2 ice cream cups 1large frozen coffee with 2 shots of caramel and no topping 1 lg frozen coffee with 2 shots of mocha 1 shot of caramel and I med frozen coffee with 2 shots of caramel. Not a hard order yet it took over 20 minutes (my husband walked over to orileys twice and charged our account twice before we received our order that was still incorrect) We stop at Dunkin very very often. In at least the last 5 years this is the second time that I have been very disappointed and disgusted with the way we were treated and cannot get an order right now matter how many times that I had to repeat it for them. I will never stop at this store again

Don’t west your money in hot decaf cuz they don’t have decaf they just put the half cup of hot water and half cup of original blend hot coffee

Went through the drive through to get me a coffee. It was too hot, so I let it sit a bit. When I got to my destination and tasted the coffee, it tasted like water. So I drove all the way back to have them fix it and it was still very weak. This location makes the coffee so weak and watered down

Not cooking food to Dunkin standards.
Selling off brand Donuts. They are NOT Dunkin donuts. They are much smaller than other locations and do NOT taste the same. Also the bagels are not proofed properly.

Tried to order a milkshake, order person acted as if they had never heard of it. Coffee? Ice coffee? No a MILKSHAKE! Then they took my card, rang the sale, told me they didn't have my flavor. It was just bad, bad, bad all around.

Very Disappointed!! My 4th time ordering a frozen coffee and it’s not made correctly. Still chunky, full of ice and missing ingredients!!

Unfortunately this is the closest DD to me but i try to avoid as much as possible. They just dont follow the order and my drinks are always too sweet. Too heavy on the syrup, especially when my order requests for less! There is another DD that i frequent and they always get it right.
My review is after over 2 years of being forced to order here due to commute and comparing to other DDs. Hopefully this gets back to them and they fix this. Just follow the order its literally on the sticker!

Save yourself a headache and go to another location.

We stopped by for two single scoops of ice cream. The scoops we were served were hallow inside. The emplyee serving the ice cream knew this and when asked why they were not serving full scoops of ice cream, simply stated that they were full scoops. They had a very limited selection of flavors and overcharge for 1/3 scoops by charging full price. This is just ridiculous!

Add to this the employee who helped us had a poor attitude as well not just with us but also talking poorly about other customers using the drivethru service and the orders they were placing.

The store exterior and interior have been remodeled, but that does not improve the quality of the service received. The interior, while remodeled, is not upkept. The tables and floor are dirty.

We will definitely not go back to this location and discourage others from giving this establishment your business / money.

Went here for ice cream. Got the feeling they are trying to kill their ice cream business. No waffle cones limited staff to support felt like I was bothering the counter person with my request for ice cream. No labels displayed for the flavors and it tasted freezer burned.
