Barista failed to inform me they had no straws and could not get any either after making 3 of our drinks. Seemed irritated when I questioned her on it but I think the problem is also due to there being only 1 barista present. Not very easy to drink some of these without a straw.

While it's not the best Starbucks in the area, the people here try so hard to make everything correctly. Most times, there's only one person making all the drinks for a long line. They're all so nice!

Every time I have gone to this Starbucks, there has been an issue with it. Twice I have gone and they ran out of ice both times and couldn't order the drink I liked. This is the 3rd time I have gone within a month and this time, the blender wasn't working. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks because of the consistency of issues that seem to occur here. Maybe it's because it's inside the Kroger and not a separate chain, but this Starbucks is not up to par with the rest of the Starbucks I have been to.

I mobile ordered three drinks and a croissant when I showed up, there was only two drinks made. I asked where the other drink and my croissant was and they rudely told me it was out of stock. I said OK then can I get refunded and they proceeded to give me attitude then sent me to Kroger‘s customer service. Don’t understand why they couldn’t refund me themselves.

How do you run out of oat milk and almond milk constantly but your right next to the milk aisle?? I mean it’s in a Kroger. I’ve been told by multiple baristas that they didn’t know how to make certain drinks before. Just ridiculous. Drive to a better location not with the blatant negligence.
