Always have an amazing experience when going to this location. I have made it a part of my daily routine. Morgan helped me customize my drink, which is my go to drink now! She is always kind and very helpful. If it wasn’t her suggestions, I would have gave up drinking coffee since I am never satisfied anywhere else I go.

I just want to support the owner of this business and really hope they will pay attention to the service and staff, they are very slow and sometimes do not know what kind of drink I am requesting (it’s a regular Starbucks drinks). Also, vegetarian sandwiches are always out of stock. I really hope you will do something with it because the location is very nice and expectations are really high.

Starbucks inside Kroger offers a nice location with high expectations. The service can be slow, and staff may not always know the drinks or have vegetarian sandwiches in stock. However, one staff member was praised for fabulous service. The store is quick, well maintained, but does not have a drive-through.
