Please refill the 2 hand sanitizers in the lobby,they’ve been empty for 6 months,ppl like to have clean hands even after COVID- the paper towels are empty in men’s restroom - I wanted a deluxe sandwich and was told the truck hasn’t been bringing lettuce so I guess there’s no other way to obtain lettuce McDonald’s across the street is cleaner and faster Food took forever but was pretty good

If I could give it no stars I would. ☹️ Service was horrible, didn't think we could ever get our orser taken or get our food. Several people on their phones, including the manager, doing nothing else other than standing around talkingand playing on their phones. Even the manager was unfriendly and not working. This is the second time we been there and we will definitely NOT be returning.!!!!!!
I have ordered several times with a big order and have to wait so I started calling my order in to help with the wait time, I order the 20 piece dinner all dark meat. I get there to pick it up and am waiting for the chicken to finish cooking when it was done they took some of the dark meat I had ordered and filled a drive through order with me waiting now 20 minutes after I had called so then they did not have enough to fill my order. The woman got hateful when I said my order should have been filled first since I had called in ahead of time

They took my money and made me park out beside the building and I waited there for 20 minutes before someone brought me my food. When I received my food it was not warm.

The mashed potatoes and dirty rice are always watery, but the chicken is pretty good. They got our food to.ud pretty quickly and it was very hot but they could seriously hold it on the water. The mashed potatoes were like soup and being how they are instant mashed potatoes which aren't the best anyways, it makes you feel like you wasted your money when you take the lid off and tilt the cup and the mashed potatoes moved around like a drink. Still great biscuit options for the morning and good chicken period, never too greasy and they taste good.
