The mashed potatoes and dirty rice are always watery, but the chicken is pretty good. They got our food to.ud pretty quickly and it was very hot but they could seriously hold it on the water. The mashed potatoes were like soup and being how they are instant mashed potatoes which aren't the best anyways, it makes you feel like you wasted your money when you take the lid off and tilt the cup and the mashed potatoes moved around like a drink. Still great biscuit options for the morning and good chicken period, never too greasy and they taste good.

when we came to bojangles tonight we were pulled up for about 30 minutes and when i got home i took a bite of my food and a super hard chunk of something UNCHEWABLE was in my CHICKEN. also got a half full medium fry burnt fries and also received a unsweet tea instead of a sweet tea. I get you guys were busy BUT COME ON would you eat the food you cooked ?? like be so fr!! it was so gross.
edit: I ORDERED AGAIN ON DOORDASH AND THEY BURNT MY CHICKEN, BUN WAS BURNT AND THE FRIES WERE LESS THEN HALF EMPTY. HOW DO YALL COOK FOOD SO BAD !? THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!

This restaurant has the most polite drive thru young lady ever. Sultaana is sweetest young lady who has a bright future ahead of her. She definitely up sales people. And Kristy the manager was super helpful when another person was having an issue. Way to go ladies you won me over.. I’ll definitely be back.
