Let me preface this by saying we order from here pretty much weekly and usually have a pretty large order.

Today I had an issue with the sausage on our pizzas tasting off, so I called Papa John’s today to let the manager know. I even explained that it could just be us and that I hated to complain; I simply wanted to bring it to their attention.

The manager was wonderful! She said she would check the sausage and, if it tasted off to her too, she would throw it away and make us new pizzas. About an hour later, we had two fresh, hot pizzas delivered to our door!

I really appreciate the way this was handled. Nobody made me feel bad for speaking up, and they went out of their way to make things right. That’s excellent customer service, and it deserves recognition. I don’t remember the manager’s name, but I hope this review reaches her and her team. Thank you for taking our concerns seriously and making sure we had a good experience!”

“If you like a Carmel ribbon crunch from Starbucks you HAVE to have their Carmel Frapp!!! And I have to admit when I walk in and see Anna Lee working I get super excited bc she knows what she is doing! And if you ask me..They are killing Starbucks at their own drink!!!
