Truthfully stumbled on this place in travelling from Rome/Ringgold. With a work history in aviation, I had to stop when I saw the airplane on the pole. It only became that much more amazing when we got to meet with Sam and listen to his stories about Nam and his respect for all persons who have served in the military. Traveling through Rome and stopped for dinner at Sam’s. This place lived up to the sign! BEST burgers in town!!! And the onion rings were spectacular! Homemade and very flavorful. We will definitely be back.

Great Breakfast, and lunch, good breakfast prices, and it is all local southern home style cooking. Great Biscuits and gravy, Sausage and fried egg sandwich on toast with mayo. Bacon, eggs fried baloney, all cooked to order when you order, nothing sitting in a trey just waiting to be placed on a plate.
