Had to go low on this review because I requested 'fresh cooked' food due to having to travel a bit with it. I don't mind waiting when asking for this BUT if I wait for fresh cooked food, that's what I expect to receive. I shouldn't have to check my order at the counter to be sure I got what I requested. Having worked in the business, I understand there are 'recently' cooked items that need to be used quickly but that's NOT what I asked and waited for.
The staff was nice but the food was so gross! I ordered 2 Big Mac with a meal and the burgers tasted like mint and the lettuce was rotten. The only thing I ordered that was good was the fries and drinks. Never had a problem til today.
