They did not sent condiments that were paid for on this delivery or for the last online pick up we paid for. Worst service ever. Go with another restaurant!! You won’t get your money back.

Went to bk today for lunch. Building was clean and staff was friendly. Workers all seemed to have a designated task and the where steady working. We ordered 2 whoppers and cheese tots. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Hands down some of the most well put together burgers I have seen at a fast food establishment in a very long time. Food was also crisp and fresh.

If you close at 1am then close at 1am. This location ( Summerville location. Highway 27) always close and turn away customer 15 minutes before closing time. I will be calling the manager tomorrow.
Terrible service, more than half an hour waiting for our order, in fact there were people before me and all of them complaining about the same thing and when someone asks about the order they get offended

Woman stole $20 from my grandmother and the manager wouldn’t even consider resolving the issue. If it were me I would’ve called the cops on the thief. Tried to use coupons, asked for code, then said they didn’t accept them like yes you do. Don’t bother trying to get a job here they lie out the ?. Should honestly sue for compensation. Had to wait for food them to go in and ask about it, and got it on the spot, BECAUSE they didn’t bother coming out there. Asked for sauce, worker got all defensive and said they started charging but would give it free this time, like why I’m a normal person ofc I’m gonna ask for sauce, making somebody sound like a begger, hiring the wrong ppl fr.

Went through drive through and got 2 meals. Fried were half full and drinks had no ice at all. No one even advised us they didn't have ice. They pit 25 packs of ketchup Go figure!
