Worth the wait! They take n fill your order at the window on both sides. Usually 2-3 cars in line. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Not the thickest patty but juicy and flavorfull.

I get the hot dog and onion rings every time. Oh and I never go without getting some of their amazing sweet tea. If youâre in Summerville GA stop by. You might wait in drive thru for a bit, because each customer gets fresh hot food.

Asked for a burger with everything but mustard. Got a burger with mustard and could not exchange it because of the long line that moves about 1 car per 10 mins . The prices have inflated the patties have gotten thinner. Our cashier was not happy to be there either.

Saw this on a road trip to Huntsville. Breakfast line was long, so I stopped by on my way back home in GA. Good burger! Tasty fries! Look forward to trying breakfast one day.
Burger shack is a legendary local place that has superb food for good prices. I love their burgers and fries (and their sweet tea is also fantastic).

Called in an order because it was too hot to be sitting in line, after taking 3 tries to answer, mind you, if you know this place, you know how small it is. 2 lines are usually open, but this time only 1. The girl had an attitude on the phone from the jump. We asked if the apples were fried, she said no theyâre home made, mind you, the sign says they are fried, but for some reason she wanted to gossip about it to the guy in the back (very unprofessional). And when we got to the window she had that prissy smirk, which we eventually looked over, she didnât pay back my Mamaâs change, we had to ask for the rest of our food, and she didnât put ANY sauce in my plate, which if you know this place, the plates ALWAYS have your sauce. We called and what do you know the girl acts like she owns the place, purposely being a smart elec, screaming at the top of her lungs, threatening to contact the owner herself. I tried contacting the owner, didnât respond, so I assume sheâs taking her side. Oh and food was cold, the place isnât even 2 minutes from where we live, so it wouldnât have lost heat. The wait here is ridiculous. The pies were soggy and burnt.

I was in the line for thirty minutes and they saw me and yet they closed instead of doing like most places and taking our order. Not to mention they were very rude and told us we weren't in the line that long but we knew we were. Don't go here. Attitudes are awful here. Never coming here again.
