I just came from McDonald's.. only order a 5$ meal deal ..I asked for everything to be fresh... so I waited just a few minutes and then was given my food... so half way to my house which is only a few minutes away.. I started eating on my fries.. which was not cooked fresh and I could taste old grease.. once I got in house I ate a nugget..the same old grease taste. So I called the restaurant, no answer .. called right back and someone answered so I asked to speak to a manager... so I explained to her what was wrong..all she said was sorry..then a little pause.. so I was tempting to say something..but she hung up .. never once did she say hello this is so and so. .like a manager should do. And then gonna hang up ..that's very unprofessional and I will be up there in the morning..
Fries are always cold with any salt on them. Expect to always get cold food during the daytime or late at night. The breakfast has always been hot though. I drive out of my way to the Lafayette Georgia location to avoid this location.

There has been SEVERAL occasions where my family and I have dealt with the workers being flat out disrespectful and unnecessary waiting and mess ups, but this time really pushed me to write a review. Hey Jim Aaron I hope you’re reading this, hopefully you can put your foot down at your Summerville location. Your workers are treating the people way out of line that ultimately pay you, you’ve got the woman in the back making food all the while she’s pulling her hair up and down, you’ve got flies swarming the table and IN the fries, let’s not forget the cherry on top, your workers, how pathetic it is to be smart mouthed by some high schoolers and grown women even going as far as the manager trying to lay her hands on the customer. Apparently there’s a limit of 3 sauces and if you want more you have to pay, you get pulled up for 3 biggy bags while you watch 10+ cars get their orders, have to go in and see your order just sitting there getting cold, even having to pull up for only 2 ice creams and having to go in just to low and behold have been melting, asking for extra anything and them putting the whole entire bottle, I would think that’s you having to put out more money for inventory, which is unfair to you and your customers who simply want what they ordered, my family and I will not be coming back to this location unless God willing you get professional workers, most of these ones are not. Thank you!

I went to the drive thru and used my app to get a frappe. They started making it and walked off. When I finally got the lady that was stocking the drive thru area attention she said they walked off and forgot about it. I then proceeded to ask who the GM was, the lady said Im not sure. I told her ok I will call them tomorrow and ask to talk to them. I was not satisfied at all with my experience.

Genuinely the worst. Treats all their employees like trash, forces them to work regardless of health concerns despite clear health code standards. Threatens repercussions to elderly employees facing stomach bugs or servire nausea and vomiting if they call out despite it being against the rules for them to enter a kitchen whilst facing illness. They show no concern for employee or customer safety.

They are so slow there. Food is never correct when you make your order a special order. They park you to bring you an ice cream cone half belted.

A blonde girl in there I figured she was a manager cause her shirt was red but I've watched her over and over treat customer horrible. She got my order wrong and said that's how I ordered it she won't fix it and it even showed on the receipt that she was wrong she needs to be fired , I've heard about her treating my wife horrible in there and everyone behind the counter following her lead and ignoring my wife I'm glad I wasn't there or it would of been ugly that mcdonalds needs to get there act together!!!!!
It's time to get someone in there that knows what they are doing or fire some people cause this place just seems to get worse and worse .. aug 6 2025 I wrote the other one long ago and it just keeps getting worse there is a blonde girl in the that wears a red shirt and hat and she messes up my drink everytime and is so rude to customers she didn't know I had a friend go inside and watch her while I was in the drive thru while she made my drink wrong on purpose and everyone in.there was being so nice to me til she turned around and ran her mouth about me then everyone ignored me and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say it was awful , rude ? And hurt my feelings I've had 10 other ppl complain on her u shouldn't work in the food industry if uncant handle it and think ur better and always right while the customers are wrong!!!!
