I will never spend my money here again worst experience I have ever had when you order online it declines it then you have to dispute with your card company because they say it didn’t go threw an they still take your money I will be taking my business elsewhere the manager was no help at all I even kept doing business here after one of their delivery drivers helped her self an added a tip to my total on previous experience I have been ripped off by this store twice now this is obviously a major issue someone needs to fix

I ordered food mote than an hour ago. It's still not here. I called 30 minutes ago and supposedly a driver was picking it up then. I live 3 minutes away. It was never delivered. I called back the order was never picked up. They have no drivers so we're dependent on doordash. This is ridiculous. Don't order when they are using doordash for delivery. you won't get your order.
I doordash, but today, a female manager she was by herself and kept up with the orders. And very respectful. I call her Miss S. Lol.but the store is very helpful and as well as the other employees. Congratulations

PSA: PAPA JOHNS DILEVERY DRIVERS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY after you ask for your change... THEN they get to decided if they bring it out not?? This rude driver in a white SUV named I'm not trying to be as disrespectful as she was so we'll say her name is a synonym for donations..she brought our pizzas today and upon receiving our money from the teenager (who is terrible at counting money and trusted her to give her the correct change) asked for her change back she looked her dead in her face got in her car and drove away. When I called to ask them about this they told me they would contact the driver. The driver then called me back cussing me out saying she thought it was for a tip because she ignored the kid. Now I'm not one to be mad over money but I am mad that people can't treat other people with a hint of respect. There's no way she didn't hear her the camera picked it up and she was looking at her. And after all of this and me calling to ask why she drove off with the rest of the kids money she tells me that she's going to refuse to bring it back it wasn't until I threatened to call corporate that a manager would actually do their job Now I understand The cash you were handed was a little over but I also understand that it is your job to deliver food and communicate with the customer which you were not doing and if you would have been none of this would have happened. We are not trapped in quarantine times anymore and I expect to be treated as an equal and not someone who has to say 6 ft away.and that's why I guess I'll be making my pizza at home.

y’all did NOT n I mean NOT sauce up my boneless wings. I want to speak to a manager. there is no reason why my wings should be DRY. ruined my whole day. I love my boneless wings. Y’all suck n so does the manager. I’m becoming a Karen bc that’s just how bad it is.
