The food is not the issue, the issue is the absolute terrible customer service at this location. Today Sept 17th @ 3:15 I went through the drive through and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. I asked for just a moment and she proceed to tell me to go ahead with my order THREE times within no more than 60 seconds. Then was extremely rude taking my order and SNATCHED my card out of my hand when I was trying to pay. The interaction was super upsetting to say the least. “It’s just Taco Bell it’s just fast food” sure but I don’t think my interactions at a place where I’m trying to do business should put a bad taste in my mouth simply because the employees can’t treat customers with respect. If you hate your job that bad, find a new one. But to whoever owns this location, to conduct more business, fix the staff because the food is not the issue. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

Please fix this location, it has so much potential to be great but the management sucks! I’ve been both a customer and a dasher for this same location and every single time I have to wait 40 min for the smallest order. It makes no sense at all! They gave me my drinks 30 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for the food. The icee is now melted and there is not enough communication. If shortage on employees is a problem hire people! I literally applied. It’s the whole staff! A women literally just hit her vape in the back while working. This is crazy!
I finally got my dash order and this is how the drink looks, literally just got in my car, RIDICULOUS!

Went through the drive through and placed an order. When i got home i realized they left out a chicken quesadilla and all the sauce i had asked for. I then went back to the store and told them and the manager was instantly ill. She was ill with her employees and other customers. She slammed the missed food from my order on the counter and walked away. I went back today for another order and they again, leave missing items out. They didn’t put half of my order in the bag, didn’t even charge me for it but i still had ordered it. Once again, leaving out sauces as well. This place sucks, food quality is horrible and the service is even worse.

The app charged my card for Andrew order I was attempting to place but did not send it through. When I brought it to the attention of the staff inside, I was told I couldn't get the food I was charged for nor could anything be done about the money charged to my card. As such, I have had to file a dispute with my bank and won't have access to my money until a new debit card arrives. I will never visit another Taco Bell location again nor use their app. This is a constant problem when ordering ahead with this place.
Good food but wasted a lot of my time during the hiring process then ghosted me.
I ordered extra meat paid for it didn't get it no lettuce got it anyways it took almost 20 minutes to get my food when I got it it wasn't really hot
