Arby's is a restaurant with exceptional staff who provide excellent customer service. Despite dealing with difficult customers, the employees remain positive and apologetic, even offering a complimentary cookie for patience. The food is fresh, hot, and tastes amazing, even during busy hours. One customer raved about the friendly and accommodating service from an employee. However, one drawback is that Arby's no longer offers potato cakes, which some customers miss.
