The owner and the staff are so kind. The food prices are great, and above all, the cold noodles made with freshly made buckwheat noodles are absolutely delicious. The quality of the meat grilled by the servers is also top-notch. I’m definitely coming back next week!

109 K BBQ is one of my go-to spots for K-BBQ! I had the Galbi-tang (short rib soup), and the broth was rich with super tender short ribs. The thin-sliced pork belly and beef brisket were perfectly juicy, and the prime beef marinated ribs were so tender. The seafood pancake was crispy outside and full of fresh seafood, and the cold noodles were refreshing and chewy—great to balance out all the grilled meats. The staff is always friendly. During Happy Hour, the pork belly is only $19.99! Great food, chill vibe, and I’ll definitely be back!

On the first evening of our trip to Atlanta, we had dinner at 109K BBQ. Due to a delay in our schedule, we arrived at the restaurant past 9:30 PM. I was worried that the restaurant might be closing and that the service might not be great, but my concerns turned out to be completely unnecessary.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since it was our first time there, we took quite a while to decide on our order. The kids were getting hungry and a bit cranky, but the staff patiently gave us time to think and even offered helpful recommendations.
We decided on the beef set menu, along with doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and steamed egg. The meat was served one type at a time, and every single cut was delicious. Our family especially loved the beef brisket and short ribs. The meat was so tender that it practically melted in our mouths—we could have kept eating forever!
One small downside was that they didn’t provide lettuce or perilla leaves for wraps, but instead, they grilled bean sprouts and kimchi alongside the meat, which turned out to be a unique and flavorful touch. They also served beautiful beet-colored pickled radish wraps, which I absolutely loved.
The staff not only provided excellent service but also grilled the meat perfectly for us, making us feel truly taken care of. The doenjang jjigae was so flavorful that our younger child finished an entire bowl of rice with it. The steamed egg was soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious.
Since we wanted something extra besides just meat, we also ordered the dumpling hot pot. Because it was late at night, we opted for chive dumplings instead of kimchi dumplings. The dish came with a rich beef broth, mushrooms, dumplings, and rice cakes. Honestly, I was already full when my husband suggested ordering another dish, and I was a bit annoyed—but once I tasted it, I couldn’t stop eating! The dumplings were packed with flavorful filling, and the combination of mushrooms and broth was simply amazing. We ended up finishing almost everything, but we still had a little broth and rice cakes left, which we packed to go because it was too good to waste.
In conclusion, 109K BBQ was the best dining choice of our trip! Our whole family was satisfied, and if I could, I’d give this restaurant 100 stars. Highly recommended!

The only redeeming quality of this place was the ambiance. Otherwise, don’t bother coming here and pick any of the hundreds of other kbbq places in the area. This is bc you’ll get the same quality of meat for half the price and better service.
This place was overpriced for the small portion sizes and the poor service we received. On top of that, we didn’t even get water, cheese corn, or the egg side dishes until we had to specifically ask for them. Both of the dishes arrived at the very end of the meal defeating the purpose and had an utterly disappointing taste.
Maybe the servers were overwhelmed or new but the restaurant did not even seem busy. Regardless, I’ll definitely pick another place next time where they don’t wait to provide decent customer service until you ask for the check.

Saw a positive youtube review so decided to try their lunch specials. Waitress was rude and reluctant to provide that menu until I told her I saw it on youtube. She returned with a menu with lunch specials but was visibly upset I had asked for it. So we left and won't go back.

Me and my boyfriend’s favorite date night is to try different K bbq in various locations. And I have to say, this is the BEST k bbq that we have ever had. The food, staff, and atmosphere were all outstanding. The pork belly is a MUST! And the kimchi is so so good! Rarely do I ever leave a review for places, but I had to say how good this restaurant is. I will definitely be back and will bring my friends and family :)
