We came for lunch and were able to order quickly. We ordered two half chickens with two flavors since they only have one option for 1/2 and 1/2 flavors (regular golden + spicy). We ordered fries and macaroni and cheese with it.

The chicken took around 30 min to arrive however they brought the side dishes within five minutes so our fries were cold by the time the chicken arrived. The Mac and cheese was PITIFUL, just kraft Mac n cheese with some melted cheese...

Overall positive experience. We ordered a traditional half/half and additional soy garlic. Soy garlic chicken tasted like burnt sugar, and you could actually see burned sugar+soy sauce crystalized over the coat. I am not sure what the method of cooking was, if they cooked the soy garlic first before the traditional half/half and let it sit for a while. Or if the kitchen just put too much sugar and not so much soy sauce on very high temperature essentially burning the sauce. The...

I ordered dinner and visited the store for pickup. It was more crowded than usual, and today, there were also many tables with only foreign customers. I had to stand in line just to order and pick up my food, but the staff’s guidance was somewhat lacking. While customers in line were confused about where to stand, one female staff member raised her voice, saying she would distribute the orders in the order they were placed.
