Most of the places they have a sign for outside are not even there anymore. Wanted to try some of the places but they no longer there

Most of the restaurants they advertise outside have long since closed. Not much here anymore.

It’s a bit misleading to have so many restaurant signs but then only have like 3-4 functional restaurants inside. I went in looking at the signs but was disappointed to find out none of those restaurants exist. I asked about one of them and the guy was like, oh yeah they left. Then why are you still hanging their sign?
Seems like they had a grand concept and it failed and now the remaining restaurants are hanging by a thread. I don’t blame them, the place is so hard to find. You wouldn’t even know it existed. So seems like a lot of those restaurants left. What a shame because it could have been quite amazing. No wonder they are open only for lunch. The idea is to now somehow survive with those businesses around them eating there for lunch.
Great establishment and great food!

We drove far for the poki ball as per the menu & customer feedback. After reaching there, they said the ownership/menu changed , but it's not updated on the website & mislead us.

A very cool concept of several restaurants in one location sharing the same kitchen.

Very good. Jose's Birria & Burgers. Not really setup for dine in though. The automatic door opener kept holding the door open and cold blasts of air. Which wouldn’t have been terrible except I didn’t bring a jacket and it got chilly! Admit it, Boxete, you bought that door opener off Amazon.

Good solid places to order lunch from various Korean and Chinese vendors. Flavorful with generous portions. A little hard to find off of PIB but worth it!

Today, I visited BOXETE in Suwanee. I've always been curious about it as I passed by, and I finally checked it out. It's great because you can take care of both meals and drinks in one go without any hassle. The flavors are on the stronger side, but you know that sweet and salty combo, right? The lunch boxes are perfect for a quick grab-and-go for a picnic, so I think I'll get them again next time. Mixing the rice with the black bean sauce was delicious. The spicy pork and stir-fried kimchi were the best parts of the lunch box. The soy sauce chicken was crispy and warm, making it perfect for chicken and rice.Oh! The biggest surprise was the cookies!!!!! Honestly, I'm not a cookie fan, but wow... I couldn't stop eating them. They're a cookie haven. You just can't stop. They also offer catering and specialize in to-go orders, so let's handle our next gathering conveniently with BOXETE.

OMYG! (Oh My Yummy Goodness!) I have had food from 2 restaurants under this "umbrella kitchen" - the Soul Food and the Korean Fried Chicken. Homeruns with both! I almost gave the cashier hugs after the soulfood. Great flavor, crispy and juicy, YUM! And, there's enough for 1.5 leftover servings per person. Reasonably priced. I take care of my 79 & 78 year old parents, and Boxete has them licking their lips and me looking like Rockstar! Definitely added to the food rotation. P.S. did I mention YUM!

The food was good, but the chocolate cake was dry and tasted like a box made cake. I would visit again, no dessert for me.
I LOVE their spicy tofu soup!! It's my go to for spicy Korean food. At less than $10 it gives me two meals and is so good and quite spicy. It also comes with sides. My son loves the house fried rice and the fried shrimp. I also like getting the veggie bowl from Dorothy Mae's. I get collard greens for me and the Mac for my son!
