“The food was great! Large portions of fries and the burger was seasoned well. Lots of topping options and fair up charge prices. My one piece of feedback is this — don’t be condescending to your customers when they have a complaint or a problem. We encountered this tonight (12/23/2023) with the manager on duty when our order was messed up. The burgers were made correctly but plated incorrectly and we received a wrong side item. My boyfriend went to get it figured out because, being our first time there, at first glance we didn’t know what was what, and the manager talked to him like he was a child. He was so condescending and rude. I was raised in and have worked in restaurants. This is absolutely no way to talk to a customer if you want them to come back.“

“Under new management as of early 2025. Overall experience is much improved (from mid-late 2024), and I highly recommend visiting if you haven't in a while. Bone-in wings were fresh, crispy, seasoned well and larger than places like American Deli. The boneless wings (my favorite) were also large and crispy but more juicy compared to the bone-in. As for the burgers, the cost to quality ratio is very hard to beat, all ingredients were fresh and made for a very, very tasty combination!!! The young staff were super friendly and helpful, they have certainly earned my future business!“

“When I walked into the building there was very nice energy and I've heard great recommendations from people about the food here. I recently tried the sweet and spicy Almost Famous Chicken and it was very good. The chicken had a nice crunch and the sauce it was covered in was very good. It also came with some sides such as pickled radish which I pleasantly enjoyed. I definitely recommend for anyone is who is interested. ☺️“

“Let’s be honest, BK is easy to drive past on your way to somewhere else when you are hungry but don’t skimp on this location. It was lunchtime and I was craving an old school chicken sandwich and a shake, so I gave this place at try again. It had been many many years since my last unmemorable visit. Today was a pleasant surprise. The seating area was clean. The food was made fresh in front of me and the manager and staff were hard working and pleasantly helpful. The back line was also showing their attention to detail as they assembled their orders diligently. My order was perfect, hot and fresh. Something that is usually a small disappointment at any fast food chain. Thank you Suwanee BK. I’ll be back for sure.“

“I ordered double cheese burger combo & 10 pc wings fried rice combo. Foods are right to the taste, seasons are balanced! Burger was phenomenal!! Other menu items look very temping! I will definitely come back soon for those food“
