The food was very good. I ordered the Beef Campfire dish, which is a seasonal dish. I sure wish it would be included permanently on the menu!

I have eaten at Cracker Barrel for many years at different locations. Today was the best experience that I have had. A beautiful young lady named Sita was my server. She met me with a big smile and good energy! It was quite refreshing as the young people that I have encountered at places, don’t smile, barely talk, no eye contact, not friendly, you can tell that they don’t want to be there or want to help you. Sita was the opposite. I complimented her on her skin!! Flawless!! She further told me her secret and even shared what to get. We chatted about places to live in the world. Just a great experience. I appreciate this young lady for many reasons. When you visit this location, please ask for Sita. Thank you Sita!!!

Chris was a good waiter. My score is based on waiting 45 minutes for eggs and pancakes when tables were empty and there was no line. They didn't share they were short-staffed, but they must have been.

Terrible service. Never was able to place my order. Kept being told that we would be helped but the never arrived. Ridiculous that the hostess is able to seat people but not take a simple Togo order.

What happened to my favorite restaurant... the only redeeming factor of my visit today was that I was seated quickly and curteously. My server John was brazenly rude to not only myself, but his fellow servers as well, rushing me to make my order when I wasn't ready and muttering an insult about me under his breath as he was walking away. When I finally did make my order, my food was not only cold, but agonizingly bland, it's like they didn't even try to season it. I brought this up to John and he went to get the manager Amanda and Amanda was outright disrespectful to me when I was simply trying to communicate to her my issues with the food that I was served. I simply wanted to order another entree and pay for it but by this point my appetite was gone and I wanted nothing more than to leave. I wanted to thank whoever it was who seated me because he was the only person on the entire building who treated me with any respect, but by the time I left, he was gone. I checked out and thank God at least the people at the register were understanding of my experience. Absolutely awful experience, nothing like the last couple of times I've visited. This place needs to improve quick or they might lose a loyal customer.

I stopped in as a treat to myself before an important dr appointment and mentioned that to the waitress and she went out of her way to chat with me and make the experience so pleasant. Food was hot and quick. Love Cracker Barrel

It feels like you’re eating in the arctic making it an uncomfortable experience. Our party of 9 was quickly seated but it took 2 hours to get all of our meals on the table. One of the meals didn’t come out until everyone was done eating. The staff seems incompetent and the food was mid. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Sat for 1 hr with waitress telling up they are backed up and she was very apologetic. Asked to speak to the manager since the manager was yelling at them when they asked questions. He never came out said he was to busy. Found out they were filling Togo orders before filling orders in house. They establishment had only 9 tables and everyone had been waiting over an hr.

We had an excellent meal and service! Probably the best Cracker Barrel ive ever visited. Was served by Janeri and she was so kind and friendly! Jazmin stopped by our table and she was also sweet! Keep it up :-)

The worst service ever! Maybe having a bad day but I couldn't sit there and be ignored by wait staff any longer. Sat there for 30 mins and no one ever asked for a drink order when 3 employees walked by numerous times, cleaning tables and taking others orders!
