Been a while since we've been to a Cracker Barrel. We found the service was great, the food came out fast, tasted good, and the dining room was enjoyable.

My wife and I stopped in after church and sitting in traffic for awhile. We were hungry. We parked came inside and only waited about five mins before being seated. Jack was our waiter and he was very prompt and very respectful. My Dr Pepper came out flat and he ran back and had it fixed right away. Food was awesome as well. We had chicken fingers with okra, mashed potatoes, green beans and biscuits. We will definitely be coming back. Awesome experience.

We ate lunch here after church today, 12/14/25. Service was great from the front door until we left. Our waiter, Michael B was friendly and patient with our 7 member party’s special requests. Awesome job Michael 🙌

Late evening dinner. A top notch place to eat on the road. We had the most amazing server, Alicia. She was prompt with service, drinks refilled without asking. Food was hot. Would definitely go to this place if in the area again.

Hadn't been to this location before. And it'd been a little while since we'd been to eat at one, period. Our server Charles was slammed busy but did just fine. Gift shop was always fun as usual. Fun fact: they have an item in stock that's a miniature game of the winter sport of curling, and the themed playing pieces are 💩 poo emojis. We did not purchase 🤭 Also found a Lodge cast-iron chain mail cleaner and a rust remover tool! They stopped carrying my favorite licorice candy (Scotties?) But i can find elsewhere. We hadn't tried their mimosas before, so we got the o.j. one, and it was perfect. I ordered chicken noodle soup with homemade dumplin-style noodles(soup of the day), and a side of broccoli 🥦 casserole, which was very good-i almost wanted to ask for more plain broccoli to go with it, it was so rich! Hubs ordered a good ol breakfast plate & it was as good as ever.
And of course we had a few extra biscuits to carry home to the kiddo, so that's always a plus.
Thank God the corporation decided to leave (or maybe more accurately, reinstate?) the signage, stock, food, beverages, etc as is. If it ain't broke, dont fix it.

At the Suwanee location...
1) main access to the parking lot was blocked by an 18-wheeler delivery truck (no worries, I'll go the long way)
2) warmly greeted by the woman at the hostess podium (yay! but I was only there for the store)
3) turns out what I was looking for was just to the left of the left cash register; as I chose the items, the young woman at the register ignored me even when I spoke to her (and the two women next to her), and when I placed the items in front of her to pay for them
4) eventually, I said that since none of them wanted to help me, I'd leave; I put everything back (still nothing from the 3 women), and left
5) I went to the Buford location (totally packed, but efficient and friendly) and made my purchase (even buying more than originally intended
