Got the wrong entree from what I ordered and was missing my side of rice.

Only one problem . Clothing sizes not
available. Only Extra large and expensive.
Also being a veteran, items too over priced
and never on sale .Need improvement on
restocking some clothing too big !!

The server and staff was pleasant enough. With that said, this is a chain restaurant and my visit was adequate, and nothing more. I felt as if I could have made a better dinner at home for less money

Probably my worst experience at Cracker Barrel. Was seated and after 4 minutes (this is fine I guess) got to order coffees and waters. I also asked waiter for the biscuits and got back "if I have time". He did not, in fact, have time. Eventually got waters and coffee and had to ask for creamer. 5 minutes later the creamer arrived and at this point discovered a lack of silverware. Requested silverware from server as well as several other members of staff. Didn't see the silverware until the food came out (still no biscuits). Food comes out and get told biscuits will be out in a minute (10 minutes later biscuits come) and still missing the gravy. At this point I didn't have any more patience. We ate the subpar and cold food, paid and left.

Ive been in customer service and have done my time as a waiter, buster, host, barback, cook, and I have never been less impressed with how the experie ce was handled.

At some point the manager went around the dining hall and checked with everyone (except us). 3/22/25, table 123 guest 3. 11:48am paid for.

I ordered my meal to go . Cracker Barrel has a deal for an extra meal for
$5. The $5 meal was exactly what it was . I could’ve saved my actual meal for dinner and had the $5 meal for lunch just an fyi .

Food was spilled in my bag and I could not eat it. A suggestion is that you get. Better to go containers so this will not happen again.

We love Cracker Barrel. Today was unusual. My steak was over cooked and dry. My Daughter's eggs were over cooked. The hashbrown casserole tots were nearly burned. Just seemed like all the cooking times were off. But, 4 starts because the servers and atmosphere were great.

We were seated right away but we sat for about 20 minutes before anyone greeted us we were ready to order when the server came by, we ordered and he came back pretty quickly with our drinks and biscuits and plates, but left before we noticed we had not been provided with silverware. By the time he returned the biscuits were cold but we asked for some silverware, again he brought it right away. Our food arrived but mine had fried chicken where a country fried steak should have been and hers the cheese in her eggs was cold. They fixed them both pretty fast and the rest of the meal was fine.
Also, the cold drinks and snacks by the checkout would be great.

Corn was served over cooked. Has brown casserole was just warm. The biscuits were not done all the way. Probably won't come back for a while again.

Be sure to check your to go order before leaving the restaurant. Everyone picking up orders had to report an issue, including myself. A 40 minute wait for two to-go entrees. We were told it would be 15 minutes. No manager came up to say anything about all of the to-go mishaps. Management work on you quality control process and customer service.

Horrible experience with take out. Food was burnt and item missing. Never again. Burnt meatloaf, how do let this go out? Burnt hashbrown shepherd's pie. Forgot the extra side of fried apples. There's needs to be a quality check. This location has gone down. Ruined my dinner and took my money.

I just wanna say my older was basically nothing. They charge me $25 for breakfast. Their prices are over the roof. Besides, the food was cold was old and didn’t have no flavor. I feel very sad for people to go in there. Waste your money.
