Gong Cha Suwanee Sugarloaf Plaza

Had an awesome boba run at Gong Cha Suwanee! We got the Strawberry Milk Slush (fruity + creamy), the Caramel Chocolate Slush (low sugar but super flavorful), and the XL Pearl Milk Tea (classic and perfectly sweet). Every drink was spot-on. Pearls were fresh and chewy. This place never misses!

The fruit tea is alright. The sugar levels are a bit higher than in other boba places…

Gongcha is the place I often visit. I've been here two or three times, but whenever I went, I always felt bad about the unkindness of the people who work there. No greetings at all, and very unfriendly services. I had no choice but to go to my kids's request, but I did not want to go again due to my will. The staff will have to improve this part. Bad experience!!!!

Really tells a lot about an establishment when the bathroom is as immaculate and tidy as this one.

The tea itself is very good, however I witnessed a male employee cough many times into his hands and arms, then proceeded to continue to make drinks without washing his hands, I should’ve called the health department. very unlikely I’ll be back.

Usually this gong cha is great. But recently had an employee who did not listen when asked for a drink with no boba and then proceeded to pour the liquid into a different cup. This doesn't bother me much, but what if someone is allergic to something in the boba and an employee did that? That is not good service at all.

The boba was great, the right combo of soft and chewy and the teas were tasty. We got a waffle and it came out piping hot and was delicious!

I spilled my drink all over and the employees could not have been nicer. They cleaned up the whole thing without hesitation AND offered to remake my drink for me. Such great customer service. We will definitely be back.

This Gong Cha handles delivery orders in a shady way. They will charge you extra when ordering without your consent or agreement for things not listed on the online menu such as "no ice". Either fix your menu online or don't charge customers without their consent. This is fraud. Lawrence was very unhelpful and admitted to charging items without my consent and refused to issue a refund. I will not be ordering from this store again either on delivery or in store.
