The Tonkotsu ramen at Kisoya is literally the best tasting ramen I've had in GA. The broth is clean, seasoned without being salty, and the veggies & pork are super fresh. Coming from San Diego, I am an avid ramen lover and this is bar far the best. Ive ate tacos at the sister restaurant across the street and decided to give this place a try. I am glad I did. The price is comparable to other ramen spots and you do not tip. Win!
We really like this place, great food and reasonably priced. Good presentation, clean restaurant and efficient service. Their food and price is better than other ramen restaurants in alpharetta and johns creek. Just like other great asian restaurants , they don't ask for tip nor apply any to your receipt. Will definitely be back.

In the soba and tonkatsu set, they said they couldn't include chicken cutlet, so I only ate chicken cutlet and it was delicious!I really like the chicken katsu because it's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the rice and salad are plentiful.The udon wasn't chewy and the broth was a bit sweet, so it wasn't my style, but it was still worth eating when I was feeling thirsty.Can’t I use chicken cutlet instead of tonkatsu in the soba and tonkatsu set?
