One of the most beautiful sights is a mountain of chicken, flavored to the core, and steaming hot! Kimchi Red will provide such a sight for a very reasonable price for two, my wife and I ate at kimchi red multiple times and have not been let down. If you’re looking for awesome Halal chicken for the whole family, I would highly recommend checking out Kimchi Red in Johns Creek. “Insert Chef’s Kiss emoji”

Absolutely not worth your money if you’re dining for two — they serve whole chickens, which means half the food ends up in the trash just to try their so-called “unique” flavors. What a waste! Honestly, save yourself the trouble and just head to Buffalo Wild Wings and grab some wings with Habanero sauce — you’ll get the exact same experience without the ridiculous price tag. The hype on Instagram is completely manufactured and misleading. Don’t fall for it!

One of my favorite places. Took some new people there, and they loved it.

Medium, hot means 7/8 spice level. The chicken was fried perfectly. A little bland without a sauce.

I ordered whole chicken with the sauce on the side to go. The sauce costed $2 and see what I got…. It did not even cover all the chicken pieces I got, maybe 1/4 of the chicken? 😡

It was great, the chicken sandwich was ginormous, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I’m not sure about the claim of best chicken in America, but definitely worth a try

My family and I had an amazing experience at Kimchi Red and will absolutely be back. The chicken is truly addictive — I highly recommend the Red Buldak. I’m not typically a fan of spicy food, but the recipes are so incredibly flavorful that the spice blends seamlessly rather than overpowering. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the fries were fresh, and the rice was great.
I’d also recommend the Jeon Ju — equally crispy chicken with a delicious sweet and tangy sauce.
What really stood out beyond the food was the service. It was a packed Saturday night with every table full, yet the owner still made the time to personally visit each guest, check in on their experience, and even offered samples of their rice. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. Add in the generous portion sizes and this place checks every box — great food, great people, great value.
