Food came out cold, took forever even though there was no one else ordering. Annoying new location, hospital lights and no service but asks for a tip. Old location was perfect l, will not be returning.

I had a door dash order. The food arrived half raw inside . After I put it in my air fryer it was OKAAY like the name. OKAAY IS NOT ENOUGH!! won't be ordering from here EVER AGAIN!!

Don’t go here unless you have time to waste. The girl who took my order was very helpful and sweet, but after waiting over 15 minutes for my to go order & finding out it was going to be another five minutes, I got a refund & left! Over 20 minutes is way too long for “order at the counter” fried chicken bites and french fries.

Love the chicken flavors, especially the cheese sprinkle. We have brought our little kids here several times and had great meals.

Today, however, my pickup order was missing 2 out of 3 sides. I feel extremely unhappy about my money wasted and will keep it in mind to check before leaving next time.

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the corn salad. I normally can not finish my food. It was delicious. I ate every bite. They gave me a sample of their coleslaw. Probably the best I’ve had in a long time. You can expect a fast delicious meal here and very polite and efficient employees which helps you have a good experience eating at Okaay Chicken.
