We eat here with some frequency, and it feels like an old glove (in a good way). Xavier was an excellent waiter. Back in the day, I always looked for Harry's area, but I think he's moved on; Jen was the proprietor then. Anyway, my only real concern is how fatty the Victoria's filet is getting. I know they're aiming for a price point, but if the nicer filet is not a good deal, I'll probably just get the lesser. Overall still a good experience.

We live in Suwanee and typically don’t venture towards the Outback in Suwanee very much, but we decided to go last night. They were short on staff and the kitchen was backed up so we did have to wait a bit which was no problem. The hostess and waitress were very busy, but very attentive and sweet.
Here comes the 2 stars part.. our food, ugh. Everything was so incredibly salty and WAY too much seasoning. It made it hard to eat. After leaving the restaurant, my husband and I both started to feel ill, with one of us being pretty sick and vomiting several times about 30 minutes after finishing our food. I hope this was just a fluke because the staff was nice and the menu does have some good choices.

Arguably the worst dining experience for the money I have experienced in years. Hour plus to get meal, no salads delivered )had to be comped…a generous $6.00! This was a meal for 5 adults. 20 minutes for drinks. Restaurant was half full. One of five steaks were edible as the other 4 were mostly silver skin and ligaments. Awful. I can’t believe I just spent over 200.00 for a dinner for five at this place that hasn’t seen a refresh since 1999.

Would you be ok to see your waitress sitting on another table with a lone customer mingling? That’s not appropriate. Imagine if you’re out with your family especially with children. Waitress has zero clue about the menu on top of that a lot of items and house beers were not available. Kitchen seems to have a little issue too because restaurant was not busy at all maybe 3 tables at most and we waited 35 - 40 minutes for the foods.

This place has been a staple for our family and though we normally order it to go, my husband and I decided to eat in on a random Tuesday night. We were met by Cheyenne who was the hostess. She held the door for us, greeted us with a smile and worked hard cleaning tables, seating people and greeting others. Then our waitress Mindy was so sweet and attentive even though I know she was busy. I was so impressed with the positive attitudes and genuine care that all employees had. I know working service industry is one of the hardest jobs, but whatever they’re doing up here is working! Overall, we had such a great experience that we’re now 100% going to eat in every time we crave Outback.

Hi there,

I wanted to share the details of our experience tonight because it absolutely needs to be addressed.

We arrived at 6:45 PM and were seated around 7:30 PM. The restaurant was already out of multiple menu items before we could even order. Once our order was finally placed, we waited two full hours for our food. After that long wait, we were told yet another item that we ordered was unavailable, and one of the sides we repeatedly asked for never arrived.

We had two young children with us who were beyond tired and frustrated at that point. When it came time to pay, it took another 30 minutes just to get our checks. The server couldn’t figure out how to split them and walked off — I had to go find someone myself to explain how upset we were and that we needed our bills immediately.

In total, the visit lasted 2.5 hours. The entire experience was chaotic, poorly managed, and far below the standards we expect.

I’ve visited many Outback locations over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. This location does not meet the Outback standard in any way, and I strongly feel corporate needs to be made aware of what’s happening here.

Horrible experience at this location, seated at 645 PM, was not out of the restaurant until nearly 930PM with poor communication from all of the staff. Multiple missed/forgotten items. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until some substantial changes are made to this establishment.
