We normally have a pretty good experience at Panda Express. However, lately they seem to focus more on drive through customs and delivery app customers than the customers which are standing right in front of them. This has really drug down their reputation and service. If they want to focus so much on these two aspects of business then they should hire extra staff to service this increasingly growing revenue stream. Not make the customers in their restaurant suffer.
will not be going back to this panda. went to drive thru to order food, got the wrong food. went in and told them this was wrong show them the receipt. had to wait until mgr approve the new order. they didn't even apologize and the food portion was much smaller than other panda.

Service is fine, but the food quality is very meh and mediocre.
No matter what time I go to this Panda Express the food quality is just blah. The food doesn't taste as fresh, it's not hot, not flavorful, it's really just kind of sad. If you're desperately hungry and in a rush then yeah sure - it will do.
But if possible I'd recommend going to the Panda Express on Peachtree Pkwy...
