E Bubble Shaved Ice, & Bubble Tea's

Service was ok, plenty of choices but I became ill after eating one of the waffle desserts and those with me did not like they're shaved ice desserts.

Absolutely love this place!

I thought I'd never find a boba shop that could come close to the quality of Cuckoo's Café, but I think I have. It's not as cozy as Cuckoo's, but it has way more amenities, such as board games, books, and a small selection of arcade games. They also have bubble waffles and shaved ice, which I don't think Cuckoo's has. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Suwanee again.

Honestly love this place. Been here a handful of times for the last several years and they have always been consistent with delicious treats and great service! My fav is the shaved ice, but they make a great Thai tea also!

10/10 experience! The customer service here was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to recommend desserts for us, and the suggestions were absolutely delicious. You can really tell this is a family-owned local cafe that cares about its customers and community.

Special shoutout to Ghai, who helped us—such a kind and attentive young man and made the visit even better. The cafe has a very warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here during the BFDIA 23 premire. The vibes are awesome and it has something for everyone, it needs alot more love and i wish it the best.

Love this place!!! I showed up with an upset daughter at closing and the staff was closed for the day. When they saw us pull up they opened the doors and helped us anyway! We will definitely be back to spend more money here. That simple gesture meant a lot to us!!

The staff that took our order, his name is Ghai was so welcoming and sweet. We need this kind of customer service skill everywhere else. Great and affordable shaved ice as well. Got games and toys to keep my kids occupied. Highly recommended

This store is so welcoming and they sell really delicious treats! Joelle was the girl to take my order! So nice! She recommended a croffle… and I can say it was immaculate. I got the Oreo croffle. I definitely recommend! They say they have a new menu coming, and I am super excited to re visit!

Normally the brown sugar boba tea is great! Today (September 20, 2025) I ordered the same as always but it had a weird taste and the tapioca was horrible.

Thanks for responding. The tea actually had a sweet/sour taste and the pearls (usually chewy with a coffee taste) had a strong grape alcohol taste, it made me sick. As of this morning (September 21) my stomach is still in knots.
