Okay straight up this location sucks, I honestly don’t know if it’s a Starbucks by itself or it’s part the whole Starbucks franchise. They can never ever get anything right. We work near by and order a lot of drinks but each time it’s a fail. We have to go inside of target which is inconvenient , we prefer to order ahead. Please someone need to fix their recipes.

Horrible. I just came though a few minutes ago and the lady taking my order kept laughing at me when i was ordering my drink. Then i pull up to the window and they were talking about me and laughing. Also, she didn’t make my drink right at all. All it was, was a chocolate cream cold brew with hazelnut. So unprofessional and low key racist. Never coming back. Do better when you hire employees.

I always enjoy discussions and good coffee with my clients at Starbucks. However, this location makes the experience not enjoyable as the music is super loud making conversations impossible without screaming and the staff are talking loudly as well. I would prefer other Starbucks location with softer music.

The staff is lousy and doesn't even care to fill the cup. I got only a quarter full cup of coffee and they shouted at the top of their voice to make sure that i know my order is ready. Indian Starbucks is way better. Disappointed with my first ever American Starbucks visit.

Standard Starbucks but very loud due to staff shouting orders and to customers in the drive-thru window. Acoustics of the space don't help. Next time I'm going to just go through the drive-thru or go somewhere

One of my favorite Starbucks locations to go to everyone in there is so nice I have never once gotten my order wrong and they always apologetic whenever I ordered something on the app that wasn’t available in STORE would highly recommend the Starbucks location to anybodyVegetarian options: They have many options of milk, such as oat and almond, get the beyond breakfast sandwich every single time and has never been disappointed

Drive through only on a Saturday. Have to wait so long on the drive through for an order I know is sitting on a counter somewhere feels bad. Guy just hands off the drink and turns around.. I dunno. Just not the normal expected experience here.

I’m writing this email on behalf of my mother who was treated very poorly at a Starbucks.My mother made an online order of a few drinks at 8:25, and she arrived at the Starbucks at 8:45. She pulled in through the drive thru and the lady at the window was very polite, however there was a lady out of view who was yelling and screeching about how my mother needs to “hurry, hurry, hurry” and pull ahead because there are other people waiting. My mother checked, and there were no cars waiting behind her, but she still pulled ahead, parked, and went inside. After going inside, she was told that her drinks were still not ready yet and that she’d have to wait. She then later received her drinks at 9:06.Though it was not ideal, this was all understandable, as under certain circumstances, drinks may come out later than expected. However, what is not understandable is the way an employee spoke to her and treated her. This employee is the same lady out of view who was yelling at my mother to pull ahead. Not only is that disrespectful, but also very unprofessional. My mother asked the lady for her name, but she would not give it. The lady continued to keep asking my mother why she needed her name in a very aggressive tone. My mother is not good with English, so as she was struggling with trying to say what the lady had done wrong, the same lady was snickering at her and mocking her for it.This kind of behavior is not only very disrespectful and unprofessional, but it is also very degrading and racist.

I order a simple mint tea with honey packets almost every morning that I work, and they mess it up almost every time. I’ve never had so many messed up orders at one place. Some of the staff is very friendly but most mornings I walk in to get my order and no one says a single thing. Just ignore everyone that comes in. Starbucks is already over priced. I’m not trying to pay for messed up drinks. I’ll happily go to the one in Target instead. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Excellent! I consistently get an Iced Coffee with Cream and Sugar am switching to Keto and was interested in with what they offered or suggested would be equal flavoring. On 4th of July, a very busy day, the workers suggested multiple options. One workers told me specific options. I had already ordered my drink and was drinking it; however, I wanted to try the new suggestion so I decided to order it again. I walked over to the counter to order a tall of it and I as I did, the worker said 'I'll give it to you for free" - I was surprised because I did not think a worker could do that; yet, it was the manager and she was offering a free drink to a customer. I was very shocked to this, as many items are not offered no longer offered free after the pandemic.
