It was one of the best a bit up-scale Japanese Restaurants. They provided a course menu for beginners like me. I chose a course B which included porridge, tempura, sashimi, sushi, and udon noodle. The portion was good enough for most of adults. The food was accurate, right temperature, and on time. Also, it could be possible to chat a small talk, quite quiet.

First time writing negative reviews on restaurant and yeah it's that bad. Food taste awful from side dishes to udon soup, sushi was just the average. We were regular eaters ever since they opened. Guess we won't be going back anymore. sad:/

Second time being here. Last time we walked out because the waitresses didn't even acknowledge us when they passed us by while we were waiting. Again, this time, the same. Straight from the start, again, the waitresses were inattentive and rude. With nobody having acknowledged us, we waited by the entrance and while we were waiting, the short haired waitress pushed me out of her way as she was passing us. Because the food is suppose to be descent we decided to stay even though I was pretty annoyed she pushed me out of her way... Now, the food review: Sashimi/sushi quality was ok but the udon broth was sweet and watery. They never once checked to see if everything was ok.Until the end, the waitresses were EXTREMELY rude, especially the short haired one with bad skin and I will NEVER come back here!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place.
Went there for my first time at 10pm because their flyer says open until 12 midnight, but they were closed with no sign saying why.

Better Korean style Japanese restaurant around here. I get their lunch hwoi dup bap (which is like a big sushi rice salad) often because the size portion and taste is unparalleled. It's unfortunate the restaurant is so hidden, but I think that's what makes this place a "hidden gem".
