Carlton's is the best fast food in Sylvester. Unique hamburgers. Family owned, and been in business a very long time. Highly highly recommended.

Excellent chili dog , regular dog,and loose meat burger. Will stop here again when driving through. Very affordable . Only seats are a bench out front.

0/10 hamburgers, 6/10 sloppy joes. I gave this place a try while passing through Sylvester. First off it seemed like a popular stop for the locals. There was a line that moved really fast. They only accept cash here which seemed really odd. The 'hamburgers' my wife and I ordered were really cheap and after opening the wrapper we saw why. This thing bore only a passing resemblance to a hamburger with wet, soggy meat chunks labeled onto a bun. For a sloppy Joe it was ok but as a hamburger it was a failure. Don't waste your money!!!

Love Carlton’s. Living in Atlanta whenever I get to go home I try to get these every time. Give me 5 with and 2 chili dogs with a Mountain Dew!

One thing, I wish they would sell pints of meat for us out of town folks to bring some home.

Nothing fancy here. They do have a scrambled ground beef hamburger that is certainly not your typical hamburger. It is quite tasty in spite of its difference. The hot dogs are quick and simple. They are tasty too. Don't come here looking to pay with a debit card. Cash is king here. I would recommend it for a Saturday or lunch quick grab. Its good and it works. Do not be intimidated by long lines. Wait your turn and you will get your order super fast.

This family owned business has been my whole families favorite since my grandfather first took us there in the mid-80s. It's still the same place the same atmosphere and it's like walking into a blast from the past of my childhood. I love it every time i go there, and the food is always the same with no changes to its processing or recipe.

First time I tried a burger was 4 years ago and I became hooked ever since! Definitely a gem of the city and a must try!
