Absolutely the best Zaxbys we have been to!! Tenders and frys were fresh and hot!!! Service was great!!

The employee king b that takes the orders is the worst!!! Super rude and unfriendly!! Ive eaten here twice this week alone buy Will never BE BACK BECAUSE OF HIM! Horrible customer service and he acts like he hates his job! Lost a new customer due to the ignorance and attitude! He kept asking is that all while i was trying to order.. is that all? Is that all? Seriously,, plz do something about him!

Disappointed that as we got down the road, we realized food was overcooked. Don't appreciate using my hard earned money for crappy food.

Everything was sloppy.

Yet again I ordered dipping sauces, and did not get them. The same thing happens with extra seasoning on the fries. The only difference is I fairly often get my sauces. I've literally never gotten the extra seasoning. I pay extra for these things, but then don't get them.
The food is great for fast food. I just wish I could get what I order

Train employees not to refer to the customers waiting to have their order corrected as “old lady” or even “older lady.” Especially when we’re looking them in their face and they say it.

Employees were very rude at the pick up area. I will never go back to this location. It only takes a little kindness. These Employees acted like we where bothering them to purchase there.

Clean restaurant and bathroom. Friendly staff. DJ, our server, went above and beyond, making our experience pleasant.

They were super busy. The cashier, Timpess, was super friendly. All the workers seemed to work well together and were enjoying thier job. One super nice lady even gave the kids in the dining room a cookie. That was a super kind thing to do. First Zaxby’s I’ve been to in a hot minute that didn’t let me down. These workers would travel around and teach others how service should be done. Thank you!!!

Absolutely slow as hell. Packing orders backwards. Just ridiculous.

Not sure why it’s not rated higher. I was greeted by a kind gentleman who took my order, remembered my name and waved bye as I left. The food was delicious as always. The restaurant was clean, fast, efficient, and the ladies’ restroom was also clean. Kudos to the very friendly and attentive crew there on July 3rd, 2025 at lunch time!
