Listen, if it wasn't for Lisa, I'd probably leave a 1 star review. But Mrs.Lisa is such a beautiful soul. She's always is so happy to be working, she recognizes us everytime we come through, she remembers my kiddos names. She makes sure you have all your jelly's and jams and silverware. Whoever runs this store needs to give her a raise. She definitely deserves it.

This place is so nasty, dirty tables, several dead flies in the windows, dirty floors and the bathroom is the same, shut this sewer down.

The lettuce on my burger was brown and gross and the fries tasted like they were cooked in grease that's 2 years old. It used to be a good place with good food they either need to change management or some policies bc the quality of their food is just gross now

If I could go lower for the service I would this place is run down and needs to be shut down no one is attentive not a single employee cares about their job or the customer all orders for an entire month have been wrong and no one gives a total anymore it is absolutely tasteless or rather taste of old oil used instead of changing out the fry oil. The floor is nasty the restrooms do not work more often than not and the staff could care less about being a legitimate fast food restaurant.bi really don't know is in charge of hiring everyone that works there at the jacks in tallapoosa but it is undoubtedly the worse Jack's family restaurant there ever could be. If you get the chance just go to the jacks in Heflin Alabama it is what a jacks should be. It is clean the burgers have seasoning and it's not like the staff thinks they are better than you or look at you and scoff because you walked in. Jacks in tallapoosa is horrible! Absolutely horrible. No service, no seasoning, and no accountability of responsibility.
