Disgusting…3 piece Bone in diner?, The famous Mac-n-Cheese ?,Mashed Potatoes with gravy ?. Everything from ceiling to floor needs a DEEP CLEANING. This is what My $26.00 bought me. Management: get a grip. Your customers deserve better. Crack a smile from time to time.. goes along ways.

We picked up drive through tonight and got home to all burnt chicken. The chicken was so overcooked we could not eat it. I have been trying to call to find out how to remedy but after multiple calls no answer. Check your order before leaving!

Other than the cashier not knowing how to ring up burgers and not meals and them being out of chicken filets for sandwiches (subbed fingers) it was good. Change of daily plans and needed to grab kiddos some food so for the quick in and out it was good.

I wish there was an option to choose yuck! I was so ashamed and embarrassed to have invited my family to our hometown Jack's. Sunday, 1:00, fathers day lunch. The restaurant was so filthy dirty, nasty. Sticky floor, nasty tables. Had to ask employee behind counter to clean tables for us to sit at. Bug on one of the tables. We had 8 people in our group and there was another table of 2 and a table of one. Service was so lackluster. Ordered meals, had to ask for napkins because dispensers were empty; had to ask for forks. Food and spills in the floor. Flies all over. Drink area was totally disgusting. And don't get me started on the bathroom. Nasty gross doors handles. And the exterior of building was just as bad. This place needs a true, HONEST health inspection. I've spent 35 years of my life in restaurant work, both fast-food and full service... there is absolutely no reason for the gross filth and total neglect. There was at least 6-7 people behind the counter. This wasn't from a rush, it was from not caring or showing pride. ? ??

I went to jacks today May 31,2024 around 4:00 pm, my intention was to get a chicken breast but decided to go ahead and get a meal , I ordered lemonade (after asking the blonde hair unhappy girl with nose piercings and so forth if they had lemonade she said yes) I’m standing at the counter and can see to where she was getting the lemonade from a dispenser, she must have seen she wasn’t able to fill my cup so instead of turning and saying to me she didn’t having enough she proceeded to turn her back facing me and asked the guy that I suppose was the drive thru employee to open HIS on personal cup and fill MY cup the rest of the way up, I asked her did she really just fill my cup from his ?? There was a gentleman that witnessed this as well, he was as appalled as I was, She’s like yeah but he hasn’t drank out of it as I see him put his lid and straw back in it, I was dumb founded by this nasty act that I didn’t ask for my money back I just went straight and threw the drink away, I caution anyone to not trust what must be going on in this place it’s always been a place we would eat, I was urged by my family to call corporate but haven’t I’m not sure I’m through with this tho I have so many family members that eat here and my precious grandchildren… This is very very unacceptable!!!! It wouldn’t let me post unless I gave one star but to let you know that’s one too many
