Very disappointed in the so called seafood night. The Oysters tasted like old grease. They obviously were not cooked in the same oil as the shrimp. For what it cost there are better options.

The only good things were the server kept our drinks filled promptly and the lettuce on the salad bar was crisp and cold. Also, the pulled pork was fair. Other than that, it was the worst food we have had in 25 years on the road!

Ok meal nothing special just basic food not much season on food. Salad bar can get a upgrade some beets & better lettuce than cheapest iceburg lettuce.

First time there, it was about 5:30 on Friday and the chicken and fish was cold. Good taste just cold.

I usually eat here on a Sunday after church services, so it's buffet style eating only on a Sunday. Even though the food is buffet style, it's prepared well with care. The food is good and the service is good. The atmosphere is lively family oriented.

The food was atrocious, the hamburger steaks were overcooked, the chicken was awful, the mashed potatos were awful, pretty much everything was awful. The staff was rude. The silverware was all dirty, and something was floating in my sprite. I literally feel sick. I would've been better off eating at a hospital cafeteria.

Best Little Jem in Thomaston. The food is fresh, mashed potatoes are homemade. I love the peanut butter cake and the cobbles are out of this world as well as the chocolate delight. Consistently good food.Kid-friendliness: They offer a child's plate from the buffet. They are a traditional Southern cuisine restaurant, so all of the Southern favorites, Fried Chicken macaroni and cheese, rutabagas creamed corn lots of stuff for children, and they have a salad bar.

This is a throw back to the days of buffets. When you go in you first pay. Ours was 30 dollars that included tip. There were lots of meats and vegetables to choose from. Meats well cooked, salad fresh, veggies stand from the can but cooked southern style. There were several desserts also. Drinks were included in price. The sitting area is basically 1970's.The crowd was mainly older. As said ,the food was good , but not the healthiest. It was fun to eat like I was 30 again. Now, at my age, I will be taking Pepcid. One negative- There was a tv in the sitting area blaring a damn game
