Waited over 30 minutes on rooftop for wait staff to take my order. This was after another customer sat down 15 minutes after I did, told waitress I was there before they sat down. Food was good, but didn't get one item I had ordered and was given another item I hadn't even ordered. If you want certain drink items, you might want to order it down stairs before you go to rooftop, rooftop only serves less than half of the drinks on rooftop menu.

Revising original review. Ever since the full bar went in, service at the booths and tables has suffered.Once seated it takes about 8 to 10 minutes to even get drinks ordered. So it would be wise to choose your food quick and order it at the same time as drinks because it will be another 20min before they come back with drinks.

I brought my Mom here for lunch and we sat out front because it was a lovely day. I asked for a specialty pizza made with a cobination of ingredients not listed together on the menu and my mom ordered the single slice of Pizza (which was HUGE btw). The food was great and the pizza I described to the person waiting on us (who was also the general manager) was exactly what I had in mind, it was truly perfect. The cinnamon pizza was also incredible, so much better than something you'd get from a larger chain. The service was great, the food was great. We had an even better experience than we were hoping for.

Passing through and stopped here really good food didn't realize a slice was so big ordered more than I could eat. If I get close will eat here again.

My husband and I walked in and were seated with menus. We waited 15 mins while 4 servers stood at the end of the bar talking and no one even took our drink order. We got up and walked out. There were maybe 3-4 other tables with customers there. Not busy AT ALL. Maybe this is why!

I am not one to complain, as a server myself I am usually super reasonable. Walked into the restaurant with all dirty tables, three girls sitting down talking. Someone sat us, before she did she said “let me clean a table”. They should’ve been cleaned, instead of sitting there. Our waitress Alexis got our drinks, and sat back down with still dirty tables everywhere. We waited for about 10-15 minutes to have our order taken, only reason why it was taken sooner was because the cook had to go tell her to take it because she was to busy sitting down and talking. We were her only table! We got checked on once and had to ask for our ticket, and a box after waiting for a bit. We got a terrible attitude the whole time. You will get better tips or a tip at all if you give good customer service. Lose the attitude and smile at least once, we pay to come out and eat and have good service not to deal with a rude waitress.Do not want to go back.
My husband ordered two boxes of pizza and it's my first time to have pizza from slices. It was delicious and big. You must try their hawaiian pizza and Mushroom pizza.

They all had a smile on their face and she was upbeat and positive during our whole experience! Plus, the food - oh my, the food! I tried a slice of the Southern, the Margherita, and the Piggy Pie. YES, excellence in all three! There wasn't anyone at our table of 9 who was left dissatisfied! We will come back if we're ever in Thomaston again! The individual slices are HUGE!

Slices in Thomaston was once our favorite restaurant in Thomaston. The service has always been slow, so nothing new to report there. The new owner has done no favors to the food quality at Slices. Today, our pizza was cold. The fries were definitely not the same and lacking flavor. French fries should have a crunch and not limp. The French dip was once a true panini with sliced roast beef and a nice crunch and texture when you bit into it. Today, the bread was not a panini as described but mini hoagie roll with sandwich meat from any grocery store. The new owner may have updated the drinks and other areas around town, but the food quality has degraded. Me and my family aren’t the only patrons that Slices have lost.

Great service from our server Alicia, she was super friendly and entertaining and ran the show as the only server yesterday evening, our drinks were delicious (Apple mimosa was delish) as well as vodka cocktail and craft beer, pizza was amazing as well, Cheersies to Alicia and the pizza chef's and staff...we love going to slices for lunch and dinner with friends and family ? ❤️

Have loaded my family and came to enjoy the rooftop 3 times now. First (2) times we didn’t call ahead, so when we were told it wasn’t open we were disappointed but understood. This time we specifically called ahead of time and asked. ( we have a 5 year old that’s extremely excited about it) only to get there and be asked to get off rooftop because it’s not open.Never ever will we spend our hard earned money at this establishment again!
