Placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru this morning and after sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, they told me I had to pick my order up inside. I pulled into a parking spot and walked to the door on the drive thru side only find it locked so I had to walk all the way around the building to get inside. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if you have to get out and go inside anyway? It will be a while before I come back here!!!
The French Fries Apple Pies Cinnamon Rolls and Biscuits Chicken Tenders are my FAVORITES ... Everything Good to me when I'm there, can't explain why customers are not satisfied but Hardee's isn't a bad place to eat at
