Making a sandwich is not rocket science. I have never had an issue with JJs in Thomasville until today. My order arrived with NO meat and wadded up in the wrapper. When I called to complain, each person that took the phone did not want to take ownership, nor did they apologize. They actually sounded as though they had smoked everything but their shoes. If this is the best you can do, then you need to shut your doors and cut your losses.

came to Thomasville today to get my son and stopped by Jimmy John's to get a sub for me and my son. The attention on how they placed the order was great but when I ordered my food, I watched as i waited on our food. There was a young lady that was training a older gentleman on how to wrap a sub. I watched as this gentleman wrapped and placed a bag on the counter and told the customers to put it in the bag themselves.
